Comfort Suites Houston NW - Vintage Park

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever been in. The bathroom sink was broken, there was some sort of food and other trash all over the floor. Obviously it hadn’t been vacuumed lately. The pool looked more like a dirty pond. The hallways were also full of trash. The breakfast options looked like they had been put out several days in a row. I booked for 3 nights, but only stayed 1. If we didn’t arrive after dark I would have immediately left. Also, if the rest of the hotel was somewhat clean, I would have just tried to change rooms. However, the entire place was filthy. Expedia tried to help me out with canceling the second two nights, but they were unable to get anyone to answer their call.

They are THEEEEEE best! Customer service is very pleasant and work to solve any issues. It has always been a good experince over the last couple of years! I like them mich better than other booking companies

wifi was very weak signal. refrigerator and ac unit made load noises and humming noises all night made it difficult to sleep.

Room sooo cleannnn

Older hotel but freshly painted, clean, quiet, with friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast included protein, fruit, and cereal.

This hotel is not a new hotel, but is well maintained and clean. The beds were good. The bathroom and towels were good. It will stay again at this hotel, when i am back in town.

Bed bugs

I had a wonderful stay. The room was clean and well-maintained but outdated. The ladies at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and kind, Grace.

The staff behind the desk wasn't very friendly when I arrived to check in. No smile. No greeting, hello, hi. The hotel is old with chipped paint, cracked floors...but it is clean. The room was warm upon arrival and the a/c unit is too small to cool the room down quickly. The breakfast area was not kept clean and tidy in the morning. Overall, it was okay for one night while working, but I will not choose to stay here again in the future.

Housekeeping has fallen down slightly.

Had several issues with key trying to get into the room!

There was a miscommunication and the hotel thought I left even though I was booked and all of my things were in my rom. Instead of calling me they went to my room, removed all of my belongings, went though my stuff and stole prescription medication from me. The woman at the front desk admitted to going through my things but saw no this as no problem. The staff is garbage.

Nice staff

there is not proper room service...we had asked for the room server but there were not able to clan the room

The room had a bad smell and when we requested to be moved we were denied.The room was not clean and for the area the hotel is in we figured we would be getting a nice room but it was not a good stay:

Elevator broke while there. Floor leading into elevator is peeled up causing tripping hazard. Old worn down property

All front desk very friendly

Don't expect any kind of friendly greeting when checking in. It was like a bother to the staff.

The beds were comfy, the staff was friendly however the condition of the elevator and building was subpar. They charged me twice and the hotel is giving me the run around.
