Our trip was unexpected + we needed a covenient location to attend a funeral in the area. We chose it for access to go about 10 minutes to church + 20-25 minutes to airport. Only spent 2 nights, but appreciated the quiet + available breakfast each morning. Staff was friendly. Room was nice. Pool/hot tub was there,but we didn't have opportunity to use it.

It was ok but there was this weird ticking sound coming from what seemed like the bathroom ceiling or vent. Breakfast was decent and the hotel was quiet. Staff was friendly.

Our room and the property was so clean. When I booked the room, it was for a king size bed but when we checked in and got to the room, it was a queen size bed and pullout sofa couch. I called the front desk, she verified that I did indeed book a king size bed and put us in a different room right away. She said it was possible that it was overbooked and was unaware of the change to let me know at check in. She was very nice and helpful, even got us a couple extra pillows when asked and she brought them to our room. The breakfast buffet food was excellent and cooked properly, the area was clean. The buffet worker who was working, did an excellent job at keeping the area clean and stocked. We will definitely stay here again.

I didnt like thw fact that on my last night there i had to wake up at 3am the next day and they were running noisy saws and drills, and were hammering on stuff when i was trying to sleep, inwas not very happy with my stay there.

The breakfast selection was amazing. The staff were very helpful and very nice. Room was very clean. The roll in shower was the best. Loved the jacuzzi, pool. I would definitely stay here again..

The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable and the bedding cozy. Pillows were perfect. One soft, one firmer.
Unfortunately the bathroom floor was fairly dirty. I’m was not comfortable walking barefoot as dirt bits clung to the bottom of my feet. Kinda nasty.

Our stay was not what we expected. When we arrived the front desk woman was nice and told us specifically that if we needed anything at all just let her know. That didn’t turn out to be quite true. We had a king bed and we were given 2 pillows each. I called down to see if we could please have one more pillow. I was unfortunately told that there were none available. We have stayed at other hotels and never had a problem with receiving an extra pillow even 2. So I was not happy and bit confused. She did say that if something became available she would let us know. I went down a few hours later to get ice and asked again if anything had changed. I was visibly angry but still no help with the situation. The second issue we became aware of was the smell of cigarette smoke in our room upon arrival. We immediately called the front desk and asked if someone could come up and take a look. When she arrived she said she smelled nothing and asked if we had used the heat register in our room. She explained that that sometimes it can smell of burning. I explained that we had not used the register at all and was not on when we arrived. She left it at that and went back downstairs with no solution. We did stay our second night not wanting to move all of our thing and reschedule with another hotel. Needless to say I was not impressed and will not choose this location in the future. Erika Parsons
