What a lifesaver and a very comfortable stay. Very clean and friendly. The iron should be replaced though as it didn't get jot and just spit back water on my clothes.

From the time we arrived to THE time we left, everything was great. We'll be returning next time we're in Charlotte, thank you for the hospitality. And the cleanliness, and accessibility to basically everything on the planet. Lol. Beautifully loxated and very nice people work within these walls, your courteous nature and smile does not go unnoticed!

The sweet lady that made our check in was so adorable. I forgot her name but she has oversized glasses and a cute side part hairstyle. Thank you again my dear for all your amazing efforts in taking care of me.

Do not stay here! My truck windows were busted out along with several other vehicles. I was really surprised that the hotel did not notify or alert customers. I walked out to find a business card on window from police and when I told the front desk attendant she showed no sympathy. This must be a reoccurring problem at this hotel.

Unhelpful front desk on weekend couldn't answer simple question about EV charging and when I got there the Tesla chargers are only available to handicap parking spots.

The property was very convenient to the outlets across the street. The property, lobby and seating areas were very clean. The room was very clean but the carpet needed shampooing. We were told that the water would be turned off in the hotel on our last day when we checked in it was going to be off the entire day. We weren’t given any advance notice and had to shorten our trip. We had to call Expedia to get a refund for our final day When we were under the impression that the front desk would be refunding our money.

The property did not have water at check in but said that it would be back on between 3-4pm, whichseemedok because i was going out until 9pm. The hot water in my room never cleared up, after running for 30 minutes it was sputtering and running brown. The front desk said they would move me to another room, after waiting an hour, i called and found out that the other room was doing the same thing and I was told to see the manager in the morning. At almost 11pm I decided just to go to sleep and in the morning the front desk offered me breakfast for the inconvenience. Really!!!
