The room was clean, modern, and odor free. I didn’t use many amenities and I missed breakfast, but the basic room stay was decent for a quick overnight. There aren’t a ton of good places to eat or any cute coffee shops that I found within a short distance. I ended up driving 25 minutes out to eat a decent dinner.

We stayed there for a big event and we paid a ton. But this is a Courtyard hotel and I would say that it doesn't jive with the brand. The person at the front desk was pretty open about preferring us not interrupting his day. The elevator is old, small and begging for mercy. Rooms not great. Hallways are gloomy.

Every time the toilet flushed it ran for at least 10 minutes. I asked for a room with a balcony along with a specific room number days prior it wasn’t considered.

When my wife and I arrived our television and refrigerator was not working at all! This was a problem for about two hours! Also the microwave was down the hall by the ice machine which was a huge inconvenience! To top it off, the next morning I politely spoke (with a good morning) to the front desk person who turned out to be the assistant general manager (Iziah Heath) who turned out to be extremely RUDE!! He also told me that we couldn't get an late check out even though we had issues with our room. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!!!

Elevators were out two days and we were on top floor. At end of our stay we asked if they would provide a discount or apply a discount to a future stay as we have been to this hotel several times, and they refused.
