Nice room

I changed my reservation from the Holiday Inn to your facility because the pool at the Holiday inn was under repair. I had my 2 grand children with me traveling. They were so excited to use the pool until we found no pool heat? and the water around 50/60 degrees! I got the usual answer...SORRY!!!! I paid more to stay there and was very upset of this situation....

Scott in bar did a great job with breakfast and service.

I showed up at 4pm check in time. I was not given a key to my room until 6:40p. At least 4 other checkins gad the same problem. The staffer was very nice but the manager hid in the office.

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

My don and I stayed one night. The location was good, room was spacious and clean.

Pool is there but was not heated and we only found out after arrival. Shower partially clogged and most of the water comes out from the lower faucet due to malfunctioning of the valve.

Parking is close to the hotel and incredibly convenient. The side doors are right next to the parking lot with easy access to your car. The staff is suoer friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and fantastic hotel room, incredible walk in shower definitely will stay here again.

Great hotel in downtown Keene. Very clean, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Scott at the bar and restaurant was very polite and helpful. Food was ok.

Worked out nicely for my needs. Bathroom did have some hair in shower and carpet had road salt on it,so housekeeping only average.

Loved our stay- I would recommend anyone who is looking to make Keene, NH their base. The area around Keene is beautiful!

I have stayed at Marriott hotels my whole life and have never had a negative experience. This hotel was unfortunately, the exception. When we walked into our room there was a dirty towel on the floor and trash on the floor near the trash can that had not been disposed of. Additionally, the shower looked unclean. We went to use the pool with the kids and the water was freezing cold (Im not sure if the pool heater was broken?). Not something you could swim in with kids. When we went to set up the fold out couch for our daughter there was no fitted sheet for the bed or extra pillows. When we called down they said they didn't have any fitted sheets for the pull out, however, they were able to bring up pillows. Finally, there was also terrible noise from above us at 10 o'clock at night that kept us and our kids awake. Again, I never have had a negative experience in a Marriott hotel. This experience in Keene NH was the first time my expectations were not met. Extremely disappointing.

The room was great We needed an extra blanket which they dont have in the room They only provide a thin blanket. Also while we were looking for ice the front desk said go to 5th floor or the Bar We went to the bar the man was very rude and just said 5th floor. took him forever just to recognize we were standing there.

Lovely, relaxing hotel. Centrally located to walk the town. Nice parking lot.

My family and I were disappointed that the pool was in available during our stay. I feel there should have been some type of compensation for that.
