Wonderful, helpful, friendly staff. Room was clean but needs a little refurbishment (painting). Grounds and common areas were immaculate. Breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again

We had requested adjoining rooms months ago, but they couldn’t even get us on the same floor! Other than that annoyance, the hotel was great. Easy parking, easy walks to lots of restaurants and fun marina activities. Watching fireworks from the balcony was a treat. Pool was comfortable.

It’s located in the middle of town which makes it convenient to restaurants and shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful (we forgot our cards in the room). Plenty of parking. The coffee shop was convenient in the morning, friendly staff also. We will definitely be back!

We were bumped from the Courtyard to the Reefhouse. Notified a couple of hours before check-in.
The property was considered an upgrade, but because we were only staying one night, and our room wasn’t ready until almost 3pm (we had requested an early check-in at Courtyard), we were not able to enjoy it.
We were given an interior room, with a view of the back of the building in front of us. Room was small, but clean. Would have thought, for the inconveniences, a room with some sort of view would have been more appropriate.
Certainly hope bumping guests isn’t SOP for properties using Hotels.com.

Room had no view of the water like stated in the picture. Maintenance mechanic was working and making a lot of noise right outside our door. Air conditioning unit did not work properly.

Great stay. Loved pool and deck. Too bad hot tub was broken but they had an alternative next door. Only negative was their rigidity around check out not allowing us an extra hour stay which should have been very easy to accommodate. Bathrooms are tired and old but lobby really nice and inviting

Great location around plenty of restaurants.
The marina was walkable and quiet at night.
The marina view is a must. It faces a bar that has live music and really adds to the atmosphere while enjoying the balcony.
