We had a great 3 night getaway..It was important to have a safe place to stay and park our car we knew weather was going to be iffy for using the pool so the hot tub was perfect we really enjoyed it.we will be back and will definitely recommend this hotel which is less than 2 miles from Duval Street and Mallory square..we got lucky with easy parking down there as well..of course it was not the weekend so that was also a plus..all the workers were very helpful and Nice with easy check in & out ..

We loved our 4 night stay in January 2025. The pool and Tiki Bar area was our favorite. Lunch menu was quite extensive and the food was great! Staff was very friendly. Everything was super clean. The only complaint is that I would have liked to have the Tiki Bar open longer (it closes at 7PM), and the kitchen closes at 2PM. We would have loved to have dinner at the pool/bar, or even just some appetizers. Also, just a suggestion to the management, there was no ABC or FOX channels available in the room. While there was a good number of channels available, it would be nice to have at least all the "big 4" networks. But overall, still 5 stars!

This was a great quiet hotel away from the bustle of Duval street but an easy uber away from all the fun. Great pool. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Will stay again.

Very disappointed in this hotel for our short two night stay. The shower drain did not drain. The faucet water just dribbled out. When I reported it to the front desk, the staff was not apologetic nor did she seem to care.

I had a family emergency 3 days before our trip and couldn’t go to the hotel. I contacted them before the trip trying to postpone the dates of the trip but had no success. It was booked through Expedia. It was a back and forth text message and finally they said I could not have the dates changed. Very Frustrating since it was just 2 days trip.

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay at this Marriott property! Starting with our early arrival, we waited a short time because our room wasn't ready. Mary Ann checked us in, took a beautiful family picture under the balloon arch, gave us a room upgrade and breakfast voucher because we had to wait. Tom at the concierge desk was also very helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations. The entire staff from housekeeping to the groundskeepers to the pool staff were all very friendly and professional. Our room was exceptionally clean, spacious and quiet. We loved this location because it's close enough to downtown Key West like a 10 minute drive, but far enough to avoid the crowds and noise. It's also close to Publix grocery store, CVS, Beall's and other local stores. We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Key West!

I spent a lot of money per night for the suite I had and they only cleaned my room once during my 5 night stay.
I asked for additional towels and they never showed up. I called the front desk and she said I gave her the wrong room number after her verifing my correct number.
Check in guys were amazing.
