The staff is absolutely wonderful here! Very clean and easy to walk to local restaurants! Coffee is Great! The pool is kept and plenty of towels! I was very happy! The only problem I had was the ice machine but kroger was across the street so it wasn't a huge issue!! Thank you Everyone!

The Toilet didn’t work!
I wish I could give MARRIOTT ZERO STARS unfortunately it’s set to one star.
The Manager there DID NOT HONOR HER PROMISE TO CREDIT MY HOTEL STAY.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS MARRIOTT!
NEVER GO TO THE MARRIOTT LOUISVILLE EAST!

This is a well built hotel ie the room is quiet with good sound insulation. Very clean and comfortable and a good value for the price. My only criticism is that it could use a few updates.. there are no outlets or usb charging on the desk or bedside area. I believe they are doing some updates.. the carpet looks and smells new. Also there is no complimentary coffee, much less a breakfast. There is coffee (Starbucks) and breakfast items for a fee.

Front desk staff Lindsey was not interested in helping. Staff person coming in walked in the door and immediately asked if we needed help. Hotel is being remodeled and dirty/ dusty. Reserved 4 rooms, Lindsey could only find two. 1 room had a used bandaid in the floor, another an earring stuck in the couch fabric. These rooms just looked like they needed a good cleaning
