The room was nice and had a great view. Very comfortable. Was very close to the train and near a lot of shopping. There were also some cool restaurants nearby that we visited. I enjoyed my stay.

My family and I stayed at the Courtyard Hotel from May 17th to 20th. We booked a double room with two beds well in advance. Upon checking in, we were informed that they had to give us two rooms with one bed each because they were sold out, and we had to move to our double room by 11:00 the next day. This caused us inconvenience, as it was my daughter's graduation day, and we had to take our things out and leave them at the front desk, as we didn't know what time we would be returning. On the other hand, housekeeping left us a note saying they hadn't been able to make the beds because we had left things on them, which is understandable, but they didn't take away any of the trash and only left two bath towels.I didn't expect them to organize our room, but at least they would take away the trash, especially from the bathroom. It was very unpleasant to arrive and find the trash cans full. I must say that the front desk staff was very friendly and willing to help us and I understand that these are situations that are beyond their control.

Great location and great room. My issue was the fact that my room didn’t have a microwave or a proper sized fridge to store food in. Other than that. It was just the room I needed for my birthday weekend.

The hotel was clean and comfortable but very small. The walls are very thin, you can hear noise from other rooms and the hallway. The fire alarm went off several times only to be informed 10 minutes later that it was a false alarm. The water temperature was difficult to gauge, it was either burning hot or ice cold. Otherwise it was a good stay.

We got a double bed room with tub/shower with grab bars. Everything was clean, tv worked but no channels available. No microwave in the room, just a small one in the lobby. Hotel was very convenient for bus/subway and 9/11 memorial.

Not a 4 star hotel. Room smells terrible. The linens smell terrible and are far from a good quality. Room was not done everyday so I had to ask for them to do it everyday at check in, and the person who checked me in had an attitide about it, he did put a note for the clean lady to come everyday and she did, but did a terrible job! Would NEVER stay here again!
