I understand it’s a tad dramatic of a review, BUT for those of us booking a stay outside of a Airbnb or dedicated bed and breakfast, hotel stays like this don’t get much better; everything one could ask for was present -cleanliness, professional service, room quality, and nice amenities all around. Very nice stay and in a safe area, would strongly recommend to anyone considering it as a potential stay.

It was OK, the bathroom was a bit dingy with rust spots over the tub. No microwave is a problem. The tea/coffee maker was filthy. Bed comfortable. Took forever for the heat to warm the room.

The woman who checked us in was incredibly nice and wonderful. My kids and I were traveling alone without my husband and we felt so safe. The area was lovely, quiet and we were able to swim and relax during our trip. Will definitely stop again next road trip!

The bathroom was dirty there were pubic hairs on the bathtub and toilet, the ac didn’t work and there were kids slamming doors at 12:30 am in the rooms next to us. The woman working at the breakfast cafe was rude and rushing us to order.

Hotel was nice, reserved the room on Expedia, and was offered to buy hotel breakfast on the app, which I did(most quality hotels include breakfast), was billed for it and the hotel staff had no idea what I was talking about, did not help me in any way to correct the situation. Even asked just for a coffee and wanted to charge 5 dollars for it. So I just hit up McDonald’s. This is such a small thing but next time it will be Holliday inn express for sure. Small things are important.

The rooms are excellent and the location is great too! Plenty of places to shop and eat if need be (minutes from the big mall). Staff very welcoming and helpful.
