Cozy&Chic Apartments Near Downtown

I had a lovely time at this place. The staff were friendly when I needed assistance (it's all virtual), the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was good. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Highly recommend!

My wife and I really enjoyed this place. It was clean and we felt safe. The location was close to the L line and G trolley! When we go back to Philadelphia we will definitely stay here again!

It was clean. Old. Run down.

Clean and affordable no frills apartment. Pictures and listing was accurate. Instructions made the unit easy to find, but would’ve benefited from a building number and unit numbers. Neighborhood was as expected for West Philly. Quiet at night and felt safe to walk around during the day. The building was clean and quiet. Spacious unit, comfortable bedding, convenient to shops to pick up food and essentials. The space was clean and got great sunlight. A few more basic essentials would’ve been nice. Had to buy body wash, wash cloths, cooking oil, ice tray, aluminum foil and a frying pan. Was a good value for the price and the essential items were easy to pick up in the neighborhood. Free street parking was easy to find. Would stay here again!

Overall this place as exactly what it says cozy and cute. Only thing I wish they had was mirrors somewhere else other than the bathroom. I came for a music festival so it would have been nice to look at my outfit in full. Overall staying here got the job done and I would book again.

This place was exactly what I needed - simple, clean, and close to the metro. I would definitely stay here again.

The check-in instructions were not clear. The house number is not clearly marked and the front door could be one of two doors near each other. Part of the entry code was missing for the front door. The managers were responsive and told me to read the instructions. Not helpful at first, but responsive. The place and location are in rougher condition than the photos show. There were a couple of holes in the wall near the front door. There was a towel bar missing, the floors felt like they hadn't been swept in a while and one of the kitchen chairs was broken. (I tweaked my back on it when I went to sit on it and it flipped me out of it) I did tell the managers and they did come fix them both...but my back was a bit sore for my trip. When booking the trip they do advertise that an additional deposit needs to be made to them just in case the place is left in bad condition. No where does it say that deposit will be taken outside of Hotels.com and by a third party. Hotels.com says on all of its' emails to not send money through a third party. I tried to cancel my stay because this place didn't obey the rules of Hotels.com but they wouldn't cancel and Hotels.com was no help with that. I left the place better than I got it and took pictures upon leaving for verification. I have nothing to say about the kitchen, appliances or televisions since we didn't use them at all.

This is a cheating property, they claimed a damage after more than 10 days after departure saying that the bed frame is broken which is not caused by us, highly not recommend this property unless you want to be cheated

It was a good place to be, especially as people who really just needed a place to sleep and relax in at night after running around all day. It was nice and quiet, very close the zoo, which was very nice, and pretty comfortable. We had some mild issues with getting the Internet to connect to our phones, but communication was easy and quick enough to sort out any issues we ran into.

It was very clean except spots on the couch. Itwas very home felt i can say i see myself staying there again.

Great property. Exactly as shown in pictures. I love the quiet hours. Host was very attentive and had great communication. I booked same day and process was fast and easy. Would definitely book another stay here.

Thank you for the hospitality during my stay, and I enjoyed Philedelphia more because of the facilities you provided. I would say the hotel is fantastic and ecnomical. One thing you can improve is that the wifi here is not very stable, though it does not influence my stay.

When we arrived, the entire apartment (including the beds) smelled like cigarette smoke. There was also a loud, chirping smoke detector that had been disconnected. I messaged the property several times about both of these with no response. I reached out to Hotels.com who gave me the number to contact — it was their janitor, not property management. I didn’t hear back until the next morning and all I got was “we’ll put in a ticket” and an email sent to the rest of the guests reminding them not to smoke — no resolution, no offer of clean sheets, nothing. The beds were uncomfortable, as well as smelling like cigarettes. The WiFi (which they gave us the password to) went out mid-day of our third day, and when I messaged to let them know, I got a response saying WiFi is not an included amenity. I was simply trying to let them know the amenity that they HAD provided for us upon check in wasn’t working. In addition to the loud street noise outside (which can’t be helped due to the area), there is a loud, continuous beeping from the lobby, which really impacted our sleeping, but after not getting a response about anything else it seemed pointless to message the property. I will never stay here again and I would recommend not giving this company your money. Poor communication and below average digs. Not worth what they are charging.

This was the most horrible experience we have had. The beds were worse than in a cell. The noise was impossible to sleep. We left the following day and lost two more days of our stay. We could not stand there anymore as we were in for a hospital visit and needed the rest.

The apartment was clean and affordable. I should have researched the area first. There was a lot of noise below us and every night there was a fight or yelling on the street. It did make us nervous and hard to sleep.

The place smelled like cigarettes when I came in. I dont think it was someone who stayes there but from people smoking out in front. You can hear everything from 63rd street which is a bit of a busy street. I think the snow also brought out people who wanted to hang out in front of the place. Accommodations were just fine. The communication was average. It was odd that there was no living room, but we were not really there. It eas also strange that you had to download an app to control the TV that has a trial expiration. The parking however was easy and I always got a spot in front.

I liked the esthetic of the apartment but there was a safety issue. Out of 6 windows 3 didn't lock and two of those 3 were in the bedroom one having no screen. The apartment was on the first floor anyone from the outside could've lifted those windows and came in on me. I was a lone female. Anything could've happened. Then my full $179 wasnt refunded. Its snowed and they had not mats to brush off your boots so why charge me for you having to mop there was no proper broom or dust pan nor a mop. Place was cold due to electric floor based heaters my stay the temps dropped in the teens one day it was 8°. I was never asked or offered an extra blanket, additional heating source nothing. Like I said visually a cute place. But very unsafe with the windows they need to be fixed asap before allowing another guest. Then wanted to charge for wifi so I couldn't even watch any of my streaming apps that I already pay for because there was no wifi. So i just watched the channels that came on the bedroom tv. Never watched the tv in the living room cause there was no remote, unless the one from the bedroom worked on the living tv which I never tried. Took pics and video's of before and after my stay. Overall nice looking place dont stay in the winter not warm enough and if you dont want to pay for wifi have hotspot. Check and make sure all windows are safely locked. The owners need to do better on this location. Then had the nerve to say don't use the oven.👎👎
