Great staff. Very nice. Outside grounds were clean but a pain to maneuver the curbs with a walking issue. Rooms were clean and beds are very comfortable.

the shower was not cleaned well, if cleaned at all. Long strands of hair was found on shower wall. Other than that the room was okay. The furniture is outdated as well as the tv.

Super clean hotel! We went during spring break so the pool was a bit crowded, but the service was fantastic.

The hotel itself was nice and good amenities, but it's unfortunate it attracts large groups of people who have no respect for others and just plain don't care. When we arrived, we could hear loud kids in the room next door but didn't let that bother us since it was during the day. The children were left unattended all night, being SO loud and we ended up moving to a different room at midnight because it was impossible to sleep. We were in town for sports & had to get up early the next day. It was very inconvenient to pack up our room & wake up our kids to do that, but do appreciate the front desk being able to move us so we could get some sleep. The pool and hot tub area was nice & the sauna was a bonus! Layout is a little weird to get to the fitness area, as you have to walk thru the pool area first and the only bathroom is in there too. The pool was adequately stocked with towels each time we went. The adult swim time is strongly enforced starting at 9pm. Wish the staff had that same sort of authority regarding disrespectful guests. The onsite restaurant was decent for dinner, but breakfast left alot to be desired. The lobby/hallways were bright and clean, so we were surprised how dark the rooms were. No microwaves in the rooms, but there's one in the main lobby. My kids are big popcorn eaters at night, so that mattered to us. Not alot of things nearby but is was easy access to get where we needed to go.

It was rough. We asked for adjoining rooms, they said they put us in adjoining rooms. We went to our room and they weren’t adjoining. We asked for an adjoining again and she said “well they are next to each other, good enough”. Fake eyelashes, chips, trash, dirty towels, all over the pool area for over 24 hours. Fights in the lobby, fights in the hallway. Babies in the pool without swim diapers, adults and children in street clothes in the pool.

The hotel looked really nice, they had a nice indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub. Was not impressed with the guy that checked us in, had no personality and acted like it was a bother to check us in. The lady running the bar was nice and friendly. The beds sucked, felt the springs. Lastly, the remote for the tv didn’t work. It was just meh

It was a fantastic stay

It was wonderful for my first business trip to Michigan. The front desk staff were very accommodating.

The hot tub was very unclean. Pool says open til 11pm on website but sign at desk says kids only until 9pm. Curtains let a ton of light in. Its definitely not worth the price. The restaurant is very good though

Very quietly and safe.

Just little spots that were missed and the furnace door in our room was off but just pushed to rest on the wall by a chair.

Great stay! Stayed at this hotel due to its closeness to Pine Knob Ski Resort. We wanted a pool for our littles but the hot tub and sauna were amazing for the older kids and adults after a day of skiing! Only downsides were the hooks in the bathroom kept falling off the wall and the front area staff weren’t the most welcoming. But overall a wonderful choice for our family !
