Great location for a pre-cruise stay. We were picked up quickly at the airport. Everything was excellent and bed was very comfortable!

Everything was wonderful except for a couple things, 1. The coffee machine in my room was broke. Reported it to the to the front desk and he didn’t seem to care, he didn’t offer a solution! The valet person that was there was not personal, very stoic!

During check in we were greeted by Paris at the front desk, she was the only representative working at that time, she had multiple people waiting in line and several phone calls while checking us in she maintained composure and smiled the entire time. She took her time to explain everything and answer all questions. If I owned a local business, I would hire her to be my customer relations representative in an instant.

The staff was very courteous and accommodating, but the airport shuttle service needs re-thinking. If the airport run is full, then that means the shuttle should come back for a second run. Guests should not have to wait another hour for the next shuttle and they shouldn't have to call an Uber when the hotel advertises an airport shuttle. Or at the very least run the shuttle more frequently than ONCE AN HOUR. That's crazy.
