Crowne Plaza Suites MSP AIRPORT - MALL OF AMERICA by IHG, an IHG Hotel

It is in a good location but is showing signs of wear and tear.

Nice room, fantastic staff. The pool was too cold to swim and the hot tub was out of order/non-functional. We should have stayed at a cheaper hotel without pool and hot tub 😏

Enjoyed a nice dinner at the bar. The bartender made us feel welcome. Pillows on bed were first rate! The shuttle driver, Juan, was courteous and helpful.

Hotel was fine and quiet. The onsite restaurant could have longer service hours and a menu with more options for less-processed meals: it was typical for a dull Midwestern diet. The hotel is conveniently located next to the MSP airport and commuter rail. Unfortunately, the Twin Cities have a problem with pot-smoking vagrants and these people like to take shelter in the hotel's port-cochere and lobby.

The amenities were amazing! Our blankets had yellow stains that smelled like pee and no trash bags went to the front desk and they fixed it right away. Other than that the location is very convenient to multiple places.

Naked people in the pool / urine on the toilet seat / water stained, asbestos popcorn ceilings / dirty / no lighting in shower / drastic need for remodel

It’s tucked behind some busier roads and businesses do it’s nice and quiet but super convenient and close to places we liked to go… would definitely stay again!

Lots of tears in the wall paper in hallways and some in the room. The carpet was coming up with the transition from the bathroom to the room. Found previous occupant personal hygiene products in room. The bed was very uncomfortable and firm. The tub did not drain while showering very well making it hard to shower. The hot tub was not clean either.

Very nice, clean hotel. Staff, especially front desk very kind and helpful. Was in town for a concert. The blue line metro is a 2 minute walk from the front door and took us to and from U.S. Bank Stadium in 20 minutes each way. Will definitely stay here again for any musical or sporting event in Minneapolis

Great stay! Front desk extremely nice and helpful! Had a king room they got us into early, very appreciative. The only small complaint is the tub didn’t drain very well and the tv is off to the side of the room. Makes watching tv in bed a little odd. Nothing major though! 💕

The location, hotel, staff and amenities are great. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that we waited 40 minutes for the shuttle from the airport.

The pool.was not heated

Everything was very nice.

Parking garage being held up by stilts and they also charged to park per night. Limited staffing for food made for longer waits to even get a drink and cleanliness was sub par that seemed to flow throughout the property.

We had an unplanned stay caused by a blizzard and the hotel couldn’t have been better. We called for the free shuttle to collect us and it arrived in about 5 minutes. The room was spacious and comfortable, the beds were comfortable too. We had pre booked our breakfast and had a huge, delicious, a la carte breakfast, served by a lovely waitress. It was huge value for money. We travel through MSP regularly and will stay here in future if we need a hotel near the airport.

Great staff

This property was definitely not what it seemed. The rooms need updating. The tvs were ancient and the cable continuously was going out. We couldn’t even finish a full show without it losing signal. The blinds didn’t close to make it dark in the room. There was only translucent blinds so when the sun was up we were. The shower hardly got warm. No chance of it getting hot to any extent. Same with the hot tub. It was luke warm at best and the pool was freezing. And the parking. I have never had to pay additionally for parking. Especially when I had to park outside anyways. Initially the front desk when I brought up the additional charge for parking said “well you can write it in the review”. He did end up comping it but still Save your money. Literally pick anywhere else.

Facility was nice and staff and amenities were great. Bed was absolutely horrible though and we left early because we were in so much pain from the poor sleep from the mqttress that definitely needs to be replaced.

Nice hotel. Stayed here a few times now. Excellent gym equipment. Close to MOA. Railway stop to downtown is outside the hotel. Shuttle to and from airport was fast and efficient.

The front desk agent was really nice.
