The hotel is in a great location to walker to places nearby. A great restaurant across the street, breakfast next door and a cute convenience store and a winery on the other side. Lots of shopping and dining within walking distance. Staff was friendly and polite and our room was clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the elevator located in the office area needs remodeling. I’m not sure if it’s ever been cleaned and the side wall is peeling. It’s kinda weird because everything else has been kept up except for the elevator. Overall we will be staying again!

I had a very quiet non-smoking corner room with two queen beds. There is a small balcony on the quiet back side of the main building with afternoon sun, looking to the gondola and mountains. The bathroom is roomy, plenty of hot water, towels. Beds were clean and comfortable, each with three pillows. Microwave and refrigerator. TV with remote and more channels than one needs. HVAC worked like it should and was quiet. Parking is outdoors or in a ground floor garage if there's a spot available. Elevator goes from garage to all floors.

The staff were knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. The building exterior, main hallways, and lobby were old, but very clean. The rooms are nicer on the inside than what you would guess from the outside. Housekeeping kept our room and bathroom spotless.

It is definitely in a huge need of a remodel. It smells. The toilet was so up against the sink it was uncomfortable to sit on.

The room was clean. Just very run down the hallway carpets were dirty the elevator was disgusting with a “hole” covered by carpet. The outlets in the room did not work and the fridge was not cold.

Property was quite dated but the room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was hot. When I went to check out the clerk was absent from the front desk. I waited for five minutes. No clerk, no receipt, no bueno. Overall, despite the poor service, it was a pretty good value for the money.

Very outdated. This is my first review and wish i had taken pictures. It was not very clean. Bathroom faucet sprayed water everywhere and the chair in the room had a circle stain right in the middle of it. The door wouldn't close properly and there was an extension cord coming out of the room next door stretching down the walkway. Breakfast was microwaved pancakes.

The loft design of the room is very nice, and the location is excellent. The room was a bit dated and the carpet was worn and a bit dirty. Bathroom was not clean. The pool was VERY dirty...it was an indoor pool but had trash/wrappers floating in the pool and a dirty diaper sitting next to the pool.

First we were given a key to someone else’s room and they forgot to give us our parking pass. Our sheets had hair and stains on them. Beds and pillows were not comfortable. The room smelled like sweaty feet. The door does not lock, anyone can enter your room.

I would give this hotel an okay rating. One of the perks about this hotel was it is on the main strip in Gatlinburg. You can take the by pass and get directly to the hotel. There was free breakfast (cereal, bagels, and things like that).
One of the things I felt that the hotel needed to work on was maintenance and updates. The elevator was outdated and muggy smelling. The hallway did not have any air conditioning. The toilet had to be refilled with water every other flush.
The room was clean and the balcony was clean and had beautiful views of the strip.
