I came in town last minute for a work thing. I had a long day at work and needed somewhere to stay very late at night. I found this hotel close to my office and gave it a try. It was a fantastic room for the price. I was extremely pleasantly surprised and will definitely consider staying here in the future! I especially liked it in the room I was in there were lots of USB outlets for charging things. That’s really helpful when you travel.

Very clean room. Excellent service including daily fresh towels and beds made which is not seen anymore in many hotels!

The virtual check in system was fine, but seemed like a way to never have staff on the property. We liked some updated features of the hotel like the sensor lights and darkening blinds. Breakfast was also good. However, this hotel is filthy. Within minutes of arriving and walking on the floor in our room both my son and my feet were black. We bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the floor. There seemed to be no housekeeping. We asked for our trash to be taken out and they never came. We asked for new towels twice and both times the towels we were given had black marks on them. The second time it took over 24 hours to even get them. They didnt show up when they said they would. We booked this hotel for the indoor pool, but did not let our son use it because it was an entirely different color than the photos and didnt look like it had seen chemicals in a very long time. The floor around the pool was also dirty. Side door was propped open every time we left. Defeating the purpose of needing a key to enter. Other guests are very loud so I would not recommend for small children either.

The entire property reaked of smoke. Our rooms (because we asked to be moved once) were falling apart and held together with blue painters tape, the pool door was hang wide open, providing no security and the pool looked and smelled like it had never seen any chemicals. The gm's kids were racing bikes up and down the hall. The computer greater and the lone, overworked maid were the life savers, doing everything possible to make our stay more comfortable.

The virtual check in was different. The initial greeting was good by staff however the sink drain was clogging in the bathroom and the bed looked like someone was sitting in it and ate a lunch before I arrived had a stain on the sheet and a visible indent on the frshly made bed.

The room was spacious, the bathroom was tidy. The room itself had a faint odor of cigarette smoke and the bed actually had a burn in the middle of it, under the sheets. The housekeeping staff didn’t come to drop off fresh towels or sheets. Overall, it wasn’t a bad few days there as it could have been.

The location was perfect for us, but the room was terrible. Had a bathroom, which had been remodeled, but not completed. The first evening we were unable to turn on the TV, had no luck getting the front dest by phone, so walked and told the screen person about the problem. Told me aomeone would be right down, but it took almost two hours. I don't think the room was ready for guest. The plumbing made noise all night, which made it difficult to sleep. I would never stay at a Days Inn again.

Towels were torn amd stained, kids crawling in hallways at night, doors left open and latches dont lock the door. Windows dirty, ac units are loud room had damaged components, electrical outlets, usb chargers.

Place was nasty, there is no one at the front desk they have a kiosk that’s set up with a screen an you walk up someone that is in another country (I know, because I asked them when I was booking in) but they do all the checking in an they scan your ID an even dispense your room keys…not a fan at all! My room was disgusting an the TV was out of date an wouldn’t work when I got in I had to do my own service on it, bathroom was nasty and toilet was broke…had booked until Sunday but canceled the last 3 days of my stay there and went and got a better hotel. Would not recommend nor would I ever go there again!
