Staff was friendly and helpful. But one guest was in and out, every 20-30 minutes , all night long, with a noisy vehicle that kept me awake all night. I kept wishing some restrictions would have been enforced to keep the quiet.

I checked in 2 adults. We live 2000plus miles away. Were having a suprise bday party. As soon as i stepped into the room phone rang. Feont desk saying i only checked in 2 adults. Said i was having a suprise pool party for my niece. He said max 5 people. Ok fine. But then says i had a lot of bags and not everyone can stay ok again fine. I booked a room with 3 beds, enough for if the kids wanted to stay. Mind you online it says and i quote "kids under 17, stay free when useing existing bedding". The guys was rude. So i booked another room amd was watched and felt uncomfortable the entire night!!! I will never stay here again. Also homeless lady with pets right outside the office.

This is not a good property. We asked for a ground level room. They said there were none, which didnt appear to be true. The room was freezing. Took hours to warm ip. Had to get under the bedcovers tp warm up. We paid for a room that included breskfast. There was no breakfast. There was a sign also posted in the room for breakfast in the convention center, there was no breakfast. The rooms need work. They are old and not very funcional. Would never recommend this place.

This place is a drug den and they slept me next to the party room so I could not sleep. On the short walk to the grocery store nearby, I was confronted by group of intoxicated people who took over the sidewalk. Do not stay here.

Overall it's a decent hotel. For someone needing a room to crash in while traveling while staying budget friendly it's a good option. However there's some issues that I found right away. A notable damp smell when first entering the room. The floor of the shower being cracked. Having to call room service for toilet paper. It's things like these that would make me not want to stay here again.

The accommodation in terms of furnishings & cleanliness were fine, but there was such a terrible stench of smoke permeating the whole room and the heater didn't work at all: it was freezing 64° in the room, no extra blankets and I couldn't get warm.

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Sketchy, loud people hanging out right outside the door. Both sinks clogged. Smelly, stained sheets. I called in advance to make sure the pool/hottub were open and was told yes. When we arrived, they were both covered in tarps & we were told we could drag them out of the way if we wanted to swim. 0/10 experience. Won’t even be staying here tonight- checked right back out.

Do not stay here especially if you are a single woman on your own. The locks to my room were broken, my front door was ajar when I arrived, I immediately advised the manager who shrugged and said "huh thats weird." There were teenagers smoking in the pool at night who stated they bathed there as well and that their parents dropped them off regularly for this. My upper neighbor in the motel regularly hung out outdide of my door and knocked on my door to show me piles of cigarettes he had gathered and placed on tables near the pool to show the manager. He would also request to see the layout of my room and bring me towels from his room as a gift. When I advised the manager he said the guests name and said it was his duty to keep this motel safe but offered nothing else. At night my door handle was jiggled often, but I had used all of the furniture as a block. After speaking to a wonderful rep with expedia who tried to contact the motel to move me rooms or cancel my stay for my final night I couldnt handle it and asked a male friend to help me safely get my things to leave. I did this because the man in the room above would come and try to ask me what vehicle was mine and try to get in my room if the door was ajar. Due to a snowstorm he couldnt help me until about 2pm, the motel refused to refund or cancel the final day because it was past checkout of that day. Due to safety I felt i couldnt leave on my own prior to someone coming to help me which was at that time.

I booked this hotel approx 3 hours prior to arriving at the hotel. Once we arrived, we entered the room to find it colder than the outside temp of 42°! It took about 3 hours for the room to become remotely comfortable. The bedding was all very cold! I feel as soon as someone books a room the heater should be turned on!
