Iam a first responder with a service animal in town for training, i checked in at 11pm after driving from California today. 1. The room was 90 deg when we arrived. 2.The front desk staff member (gordon) asked what brought me to town when i informed him i was in town for training he stated hope its not to boring. I find this highly disrespectful and unacceptable. Guess thats why he works at a hotel. 3.Another great fail by wyndham overpriced and poorly trained staff. Seems the norm for wyndham will never book here again for future training.

Anytime I asked front desk staff for anything, the lady gave off attitude and just told us to ask a housekeeper. The hot tub wasn’t hot for all the days I was there and the jets hardly worked either. The saunas were out of order the entire time as well. I had brought it up to a staff member that was in the pool area and she shrugged. The housekeepers were super nice, and took amazing care of room, our bed was comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Only complaint about the room was how loud the fan was in the bathroom, and the bath tub was peeling.

They charge $300 for a smoking fee. I'm not a smoker, but you're trusting them to not charge you ig they think it might smell like someone's been smoking in the room. Sure would be a they said, customer said type of arugement sitting here.

Pictures didn’t match the room. Lots of homeless lurking around. Everything was either broken or close to being broken. I could have spent 17 dollars more and stayed across the street in a much nicer place.

the staff were very lovely :) when my friend was talking to their dad outside the building one of the staff members came out to make sure they werent being harassed and they said it made them feel safe and i appreciate the staff a lot for looking out for them

Right next to the freeway, which didn't bother me too much - freeway noise = white noise. Biggest drawback seems to be location; tucked away with empty property next to it seems to invite a certain unsavory element. There was someone in the parking lot who was clearly tweaking and a steady group of homeless people with their bikes nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. I wanted to use the hot tub, but with exterior entrance door to the rooms, and a walk outside, it felt uncomfortable.

Room was dark and dinghy. Lots of noise from highway. Windows not sound proof. Carpets filthy and floor very squeaky. Bathroom old - rails rusted, towel holder above toilet missing a bar so bath towel fell into toilet and no towels available to replace so had to use hand towels after shower. Ironing board behind door was covered in thick dust - probably never cleaned. Dirt in corners Definitely not worth the price we paid. Sheet was on bed inside out and top sheet was paper thin so felt like nothing between blanket and body. Only positive was bed was comfortable and fridge has a separate freezer compartment to refreeze ice packs for our cooler. Overall not a pleasant stay. Don’t recommend
