Days Inn by Wyndham Calumet Park

The first room wasn't prepared, when I went back down to tell the manager he gave me another room.I went to check it first and when I came back to say I accept it he had already put some people in the first room they wouldn't open the door and I couldn't get my shoes back. The second room bathroom sink fallen down the door falling off the shower doesn't stay hot the remote keep sayin it needs batteries,it's people kicking and punching doors at 3am,,omg. It's my birthday so I stayed but I definitely payed too much for this room now it's a it's below zero and I might have to stay again in this.Im on the 4th floor I had to walk back downstairs almost 10 times the first nite cause of mistakes.

Hotel was disgusting. Bathroom was smelling of cigarette smoke. Mold on the bathtub crevices. Water was cold. Light fixtures broken. Just a very gross hotel.

For the money, it was worth it lotta restaurants in the area

Not exaggerating, this was, by far, the WORST experience I've ever had with Hotels.com. I don't know how this property is even available on the platform. It was filthy, smelled awful and was in disrepair. Broken door jam, broken light fixture, broken and scratched furniture, dirty surfaces, cigarette burns eveywhere. I checked in (was warned not to smoke or I'd be fined. I assured the attendant that I dont smoke and would not violate the rule), went back outside to park, went up to the room, got the shock of my life, took a video for proof in case there was any push back on giving me a full refund and went right back downstairs to check out. The attendant at the desk offered a partial refund because it had been over 15mins since I checked in. He said it was close to 40 mins (not true) so he couldn't refund my money. If this is a real rule, it speak volumes about the quantity of time their usual clientele stay in the rooms. To keep any of my money is completely unacceptable. In order to get the rest I was told I have to call back and speak to the manager. He has conveniently been gone for the day or in a meeting everytime I've called since Dec 21st. Honestly, it doesn't say much for Hotels.com that this place is available on the platform. It truly is a 0star establishment. It's a health hazard. I should have taken some pics instead of just video.

Hotel is very outdated

They treated me terribly. I had different rules than everyone else and was asked to leave for no reason.

It was quiet. The staff were quick with any service i needed and friendly.

I booked 3 rooms. The bathtub in one room doesn't drain. My roommate had to go take a shower in our friends room. In another room, my friends said they found trash at the entrance of the room. Lastly, when we arrived, we asked what time breakfast was going to be served. I was surprise when the guy at lobby told me that breakfast was not included. When I booked, I made sure that parking and breakfast were available. They said that that Expedia has to remove the breakfast that is listed in the offered services.

Good area for quick food and jumping right on the eway

I stayed there for 8 hours and was COVERED in bed bug bites. The room and bathroom was filthy!! There were bugs walking around the bathroom floor. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was giving a time to call him. When I called at that time, he “wasn’t there” and I had to call back on a few hours. When I called back in a few hours, he still “wasn’t there”. I was given a new time of 6P. I called at 6:30 and I was told that he didn’t come in that day and would be in the following day. I asked for corporate’s phone number and he refused to give it to me because he didn’t have it and said that I need to call the next day to speak to Mike, the manager. Then he hung up on me. If you have a car, sleep in that first before you stay in this filthy ass hotel.

It is the worst reservation I have ever made in my life. The photos on the page are not real.
