Clean, quiet room. Good 24hr diner nearby. Nothing luxurious. The free breakfast is coffee and limited snacks, Looking for a sensible place to stay in Westchester county, this is a good option.

It was a good stay. It could have been a bit cleaner. But we managed.

We stayed here as it was not far from the train station into the city. However, without a car, there is no accessible food within walking distance. That being said, the parking lot was very big and is right next to the rooms so you can easily park next to your room and not have to worry about going a long distance to bring things to your room. The pillows are quite disappointing as they provided no support and beds were rather stiff. The breakfast was a pretty standard breakfast with cereal, a waffle maker, bagels, toast, eggs, yogurt, coffee, etc. Breakfast is also in a convenient place and in a room big enough to fit everyone around during our stay. There was also a 24/7 coffee and tea area that was made aware to us at check-in and we were able to enjoy this amenity. Staff were always super friendly and welcoming us in to the breakfast area and when we checked in and checked out. I will say that upon check-in and entering the room, the only cleanliness issue was in the bathroom. There was some hair on the floor and some stuff left in the bathtub. Though outside of that, the room was clean and didn’t have any smell. The air conditioner was one of my favorite parts as it was rather hot outside and the HVAC system was able to make the room too cold at times. Overall, though, this was a pretty good place to stay at and did its job and we would come back in the future. Thank you!!

For the money, it was not a total disaster. Check-in took me over 20 minutes. I arrived just 3 minutes before check-in time and there was no room ready for me. No one looked like they had much experience but very nice except for 1 guy who was a bit testy. The room was clean but lots of noticeable wear and tear. There were problems with everyone's keys from the get-go and had to be charged including mine the 2nd day. There were also issues with the electric. A patron had been without electric since the morning of the day I checked in until 3pm. My a/c worked well but kept going on and off all night the 2nd night and the alarm clock had to be reset 2x. Will i stay there again? In an emergency or desperate situation, probably. By my choice, no!! ...oh, ps. The morning i was leaving, there was a bug crawling on the floor. Could have been a roach

The property met it's "Good" rating, that I saw in advance. The check-in and check out were smooth, and there was no problem with my late arrival. The breakfast was as expected: waffle maker and pre-packaged snacks, apples and oranges. The bed was comfortable. The lowlights: the floor in the bathroom was not cleaned well, the curtains facing the road didn't close completely. The parking spots are very tight. With the large number of work trucks already parked there on my late arrival, I had to park a building away from my room. There's a bit of road noise, depending on the location of your room. The price is right, but I might choose to spend a little more next I pass through White Plains.

I liked the layout of the property. The very first impression i got when checking in was the pleasant smell of the lobby. Second was the pleasant and friendly face of the receptionist. She was quite helpful with my questions, as a matter of fact. The room also had a pleasant smell upon entering. Although the king-size bed took up quite a bit of the space available in the room i was able to get around well enough with and my dog as well. If I may be honest, maybe a bit larger room would be best for the king size beds. You have a water leak in the shower/tub faucet. It drips continuously. Also, the threshold at the bathroom door drops as you enter the bathroom about 1½ inches. Stepping into the bathroom may not be as much a problem as someone stepping into the room and tripping on the edge of it and falling forward into the desk that sits across from the bathroom door. If the hit the corner of the desk, it can really cause a serious injury. Maybe someone should should look at this before there is an injury, causing the Days Inn to be liable in a law suit. Just looking out for you. I did ebjoy my stay and thank you for being a pet friendly hotel.
