Days Inn by Wyndham Lancaster PA Dutch Country

I would really appreciate a refund on one room There was a broken tv in the room that’s they cam and looked at but never fixed. Didn’t tell the front desk and we sat there with nothing on for two days with kids. The hot water took 20 minutes to heat up and we were on a schedule as we there for tournaments. We booked two room and the other was completely fine.

The hotel staff was very nice, and the hotel itself was okay. Though they let us know at check-in with posted signs that the hotel is under renovation, there was a lot about our room that was to be desired. The TV didn't work when we arrived, though. Management came and fixed it easily. The bathroom was horrible—rust spots in the tub and sink. If you turned the sink on past a drip, water leaked over onto the floor. Finally, the air conditioner made random loud noises. I think the hotel will be better once the renovations are completed.

Although it was under construction it didn’t look like floors in hallway were vacuumed. Room was okay but very outdated.

My daughter and I checked into room 215 at the Days Inn by Wyndham in Lancaster Pennsylvania on 4/25/25 and checked out on 4/27/25. When I arrived home Sunday night, my mother noticed that I had bites all over my arms, face, neck hands and legs to which I thought they were mosquitoes bites. For the next few days the bites continued to get more itchy and irritated. I was finally able to get to an urgent care on 5/3/25. Upon being examined by a physician, I was told that these bites were caused by bed bugs. I immediately called the Days Inn on Saturday afternoon around 1pm and the gentleman who answered the phone didn’t bother to write my name down nor did he ask which room I was in. He had no sense of urgency when I explained to him what I had discovered. This is absolutely disgusting and I am completely dissatisfied. To make matters worse, the hall ways were filthy due to construction, the noise at night kept me up and the breakfast so cheap! As of 5/6/26 nobody has reached out to me to discuss this issue nor get a refund !

It was ok. The room was a bit dirty, the place looked like it was falling apart, and you could hear everything happening outside and outside the room. It did its job for 2 nights but don’t think i’d come back.

The included breakfast was just toast and coffee

Stayed one night. Decent room. Was supposed to have 2 queen beds but there wasn’t any available so they upgraded us to one with a jacuzzi tub with no extra cost

Room was very clean and spacious. Really enjoyed the extra space. Bed was older outdated, but we were told rooms were being redone this March, so we'll see when we go back.

We stayed for 5 days they put us in a room right under construction so all we heard from 8 am to 9 pm was saws hammers banging and I told them a few times that we couldn't sleep it was to much noise I have a 1 year old and she was scared to death the whole time and they wouldn't do anything about it I will never go back there.

Walked in and the front desk was very rude. There was blood on the wall and bed, dirty linen, the place was filthy and I couldn’t get a refund or anything.

Clean hotel but i would never stay here again .you are made to feel very uncomfortable here.they tell you when you arrive not to move anything or there is a extra charge.we didnt even shower there .thank god we went to American Music Threatre. We just set on bed until bed .free breakfast is toast

The room was very outdated

We arrived at the days in Lancaster Dutch County and did not even stay for more than five minutes. We were taken to our room on the second floor, where we found about 15 workers in the hallways with hazmat suits on painting and working. They expected us to stay in the rooms, although the toxic fumes were everywhere and the noise was insane. Only after we complained did they decide to show us a first floor room, which was so dirty and had the same distinct toxic odor. We still have not heard from a manager, nor was our room refunded, despite the fact that it wasnt even safe to stay there. Terrible experience and I would never ever recommend anyone staying there.
