My stay was much more pleasant than I anticipated. Professional, courteous, and polite staff was great to have. Checkin & checkout was quick and easy. Additionally,
the area was quiet and allwed a restful sleep. My next trip to Little Rock requiring an overnight stay will be at this lodging.

Easy access from Interstate. Don't appreciate the $100 deposit they take out that day but to get it back takes 3-5 business days. Not very happy about that.

The basic setup was fine; but the cleanliness of the room was not good at all. I had to clean every surface with clean-wipe towels that I just happened to have. Clean bedding and towels; but the towels were put on dirty shelves and bathroom surfaces.It was smokey in the room; although I opted for non-smoking upon registration. I was so sleep deprived;I just stayed in the room anyway.
The bathroom sink had a hairline fracture in it; but the water didn't leak thru to the floor. I reported it upon my checkout.

The stay itself was good. The building and rooms were nice and clean. The issues that I had with this place are as follows: 1: when I arrived and checked in I was asked for a $100 deposit that was not mentioned at the time of reservation on line. 2: my reservation price was not what I was charged. I was charged more for the room than I was told I would be charged when I reserved the room. 3: the toilet was very little and I am a larger man and that made it hard for me to use. 4: the parking was a little difficult to navigate and there was no clear directions as to how to get to the rooms on the bottom back of the hotel. Other than that, as I said the overall stay was good with only a few things that could be handles or renovated to become more accommodating.

It's an okay place. Very basic but clean and comfortable. The coffee machine didn't work in our room but no big deal. Spotted a cockroach in the room as we were leaving.
Do not do the check in online option. Waste of time as on arrival had to produce id, credit card and do a hard copy of address and vehicle details.

Filthy dirty, we did not stay due to being extra dirty, smelled terrible (urine) and the room was dirty, we saw the room and left, hotels please remove this hotel from your site is unsafe

The room was odiferous, and not in a good way. There were 2 dead cockroaches in the bath room. The bathtub was stained. The sink faucet had no hot water. The walls were discolored. The carpet was torn in spots. I could on an on but I hoped I made my point... what a dive. Very disappointed.

The hotel clerk was annoyed at check in it seemed. We booked a non smoking room which smelled terribly smoky upon entering. Before we could even move the sheets back multiple roaches ran across the sheets. The hotel clerk did cancel our reservation very quickly which was appreciated.
