No internet service Dirty room and bathroom

I've been here multiple times I have never really had any complaints to make. But as a return customer Renting a room from here should never have issues watching TV. Especially when I wanted to enjoy the night with my woman and we both work nights, so we were looking to stay up watching movies and no matter what I did, the internet was too slow and it was not able to connect at all. Even calling down to the office so things can be reset accomplished. Nothing, because at the end of everything, I was told there was nothing they could do. Again I have never experienced this before, so it was very disappointing to lay in a room and Not be able to enjoy the basic features/amenities every hotel offers🙄

Non smoking room with heavy smoke odor. Air, conditioner was very noisy and ran erratic. Needs replacing. WIFI did not work.

Dirty and mold

I’m telling you staying at the days Inn in Fern Park in Florida was the worst experience I ever had in my life. They were kind at times but it made it seem like they didn’t care the first day that we got there knowing that they seen that my mother was disabled. We were put on the fourth floor. Going to the pool, it was said we wasn’t supposed to b in that room. The keys to the door was not working on and off. We had to keep going back down to the lobby to get it reactivated, we had to go downstairs to bring our dirty towels downstairs so we can get new ones. And they didn’t have an iron up there which I had to go down there and get that. they don’t even knock on the door. Knowing that you should be always able to knock on the door unless somebody respond first before you walk through the door, and then they automatically immediately come inside the door. On our day leaving which was on June 9 The elevator wasn’t working the day before that they stated that it was gonna be fixed by the time we leave on the ninth, it still wasn’t fixed. Mother disabled. I went downstairs to speak to the lady and she told me that she had six people to help bring my mother downstairs in a sheet. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and on top of that, they tried to say that their was smoking inside of the room because they seen a clipped cigarette that was left in there for me smoking downstairs in the designated smoke area.Try to destort money from my elderly mother bc of the complaints.

Roaches, mold, used bar soap. Nasty

O local não se parece nada com as fotos do site. Dá a impressão que nunca limpam as areas comuns. Aparencia dentro do quarto também não é muito razoável. Nunca voltaria lá.

Its ok, conveniently located but pictures are very misleading!

It was an experience. We stayed for 1 night arrived just before midnight. Front desk was mediocre neither positive nor negative just existing with a serious face not very welcoming. We are nice and happy go lucky family so it was whatever. Now the first room we got the moment you opened the door your met with a breeze of moldy cockroach odor. Few dead roaches found all around room no live ones at least. Then there was the spider nests attached to the bed - terrifying. At last the main source of the smell the beds were literally blue with mold. At this point all we could do was laugh. Nobody has been in that room in a long time. Reception had changed when we went back the new guy was nicer and more welcoming. The second room was much better still a few dead roaches. But the beds were clean and smelled nice. Morning check out was a lady super friendly and more importantly smiled at you. I couldn’t recommend unless they clean it up. We had a bunch of fun regardless for those 8 hours.

Hallway needs to be cleaned of webs,spiders, and dead animals in the webs. I also had a refrigerator that smelled like mold and wssnt working so my room has a pugnent smell

I was disappointed that there was not a coffee maker in the room, every hotel we've stayed at in recent years have that amenity. Also, the tile floors (bathroom & entry areas) were quite dirty, needed mopping. Only one water cup in the bathroom, my reservation was for 2 occupants. The check out staff was not able to speak clear English, and getting a final receipt for our bill was difficult. I am still watching my credit card statement, as the charges that have shown up so far do not correspond with the reservation price I made.

They gave me a room that was not messy. Then they transferred me to another room that was better. I saw sketchy people sitting on staircases looking high, tweaking and screaming. Doors need maintaining.

Nothing room was nothing like pick online room wasn’t clean bathroom was dirt

The window was cracked and room extremely dirty with bugs and dirty on floor. Ice machine had bugs in it. I would like a refund or credit. The worse place I ever stayed and we were in town for my daughter’s graduation from Full Sail University.
