Days Inn by Wyndham Ocean Shores

Okay hotel. Clean. Staff was inattentive.Toilet clogged, we had to get a plunger. Must be a frequent happening they had several sitting ready for people outside the office.

Long wait for check in. No clean blankets/ towels. Floor is dirty. Toilet is wobbly. Paint is peeling. Not a family friendly hotel. Won’t stay again. Looks like no one cares.

Walls were paper thin. I could hear the complete conversations with the mother and her chi lol dren next door. Breakfast was very limited and everything we wanted had to be refilled or we had to wait for it to be ready.

I liked the stay overall. I was able to feel safe as a lone woman in an unfamiliar area and will definitely return to stay another time.

Beds very small, toilet is small and loose off the floor, rooms definitely need to be updated.

Rooms are pretty dirty. Rust and mold.

Property was safe, quiet, and WiFi worked well. The check in was quick and easy.

Loved the pool for the kids. The only issue I had was spider webs not being kept up with. The kids and spiders don't mix. Other than that great staff, had zero complaints. Store close by. Pool was warm enough. Very nice maid service. Extremely accommodating.

No public restrooms in lobby or breakfast area , Staff was rude when checking in. They provide a coffee pot in the rooms but only provided coffee pods the 1st night , and sometimes didnt provide cups , the clock in the room didnt work , and the TV did not work .they say that they open a 7AM for breakfast but did not open untill later also they had a sign on the door that said call for assistence but when you call all you got was a FAX noise . not happy with this days inn.

The front desk clerk was abrasive at check-in, but was much more pleasant other days. Over the four days we were there, he was the only staff member we saw, besides housekeeping. The room keys didn’t work or stopped working. The front desk clerk was annoyed that we came back multiple times. The beds have spring-type mattresses with large sagging areas where the springs are broken down. After two nights, my friend was exhausted from poor sleep so I offered to trade beds. Housekeeping said it would be an extra $10 to change the sheets. Breakfast times were not posted. Before 7am, there is a sign on the lobby door with a number to call if needed; it goes to a fax machine. The first morning, the carafe was full of coffee leftover from the day before and full of coffee grounds. We left without trying their breakfast. The second morning, we left before the lobby opened. At 7:15 the third morning, more than a dozen people were standing by the door waiting for the lobby to open. At 7:20, people started getting into their cars and leaving. At 7:25, the lobby opened. Once again, the carafe was full of cold coffee. Once brewed, the hot coffee was full of grounds. We left without breakfast again. We never did eat there, but as I recall there were waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, juice, milk and coffee. The first day, housekeeping changed the towels but did not make the beds. The second day, my friend was sleeping and declined service.

The lady that checked us in was super accommodating. We have a disabled daughter and was scheduled to be on the 2nd floor. Soon as she learned about our daughter she went right to work on trying to get us on the 1st floor, which was able to do. Thank you 🙏

The bed was a double not a queen bed like advertised. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets had holes in them. The room did not have a/c like advertised. There was dirt and sand on the floor.

We did a late book and check in due to realizing the long drive back toward Seattle. No one at desk. Rang bell, guy came running. Was almost rude, pretty late checking in, he said. I said well late booking. Sorry to have bothered you and sent us on way. Room was oddly set up and no extra comfort level in this room. During the night, the door had light all around it that lit up the whole room. Smelled dirty and like stall cigarettes. House keeping started beating on door almost 90 mins before check out. And not to mention if you arent first to breakfast, dont bother.

We had issues every day with using the key card, and people smoking around the area. The noise level of other people and cars was a bit loud.
