Days Inn by Wyndham Pleasant Prairie Kenosha

We felt this hotel was extremely overpriced for the quality of the property. Our TV didn’t work, so I went to the lobby to tell them. The young girl asked what kind of TV we had in our room. Of course, I didn’t know and was wondering why she didn’t know. She sent me back to the room to find out, instructing me to call her by dialing 0 on the phone in the room. Turns out, there is no phone in the room. Again, strange that she does not know this. I went back to the lobby and the girl followed me back to my room with a TV remote. She used it to reset our TV, but then took it with her, leaving us with the cheap universal that was basically useless. In addition to that incident, the hotel and room had an odd oder; the wood flooring, bathroom ceiling, and tile was in bad shape; and at breakfast everything was empty.?

Smells like smoke! We brought an air purifier and the place just stinks!

Room was clean and comfortable. Towel supply was a bit sparse, with no bath mat left in the room. Otherwise, everything was great!

Stayed here 3 weeks. Nice place

If you cant do staris this place is not for you there is no elevators there. Also pur reservation almost got camceled because we had a late check in even though we called and asked for a laye check in. Staff is friendly. In our room we had no remote and when asked for one we got theres no one here to help with that do you really need one this late. Well were still on California time so yes..... We ended up using our phones. There is no ice on the top floor you have to go down stairs but as you get closer to it the hall smells like dogs just peed all over it. The next day even though we put the do not disturb sign on they still tried to come in thankfully I put the other lock on. Also when we dod ask for towels no one ever came. When we left our door wouldnt lock behind us someone had to come fix it but we had somewhere to be. When we got back that evening the towels and iron was finally there. Overall it wasn't horrible to stay in we only just slept there. They can definitely do some upgrades I felt it was one step above a motel 6. If you just need a quick place to stay then yes this place is ok for a quick trip and the staff is friendly. They also serve breakfast in the mornings. We didnt eat breakfast due to other plans.

I really loved the breakfast! More hot choices than other motels! I didnt like the backdoor slamming. Our room was by the stairwell, that was annoying. Other than that the staff was great, bed was comfy! NO BUGS! Clean room!

Friendly staff, clean rooms readable rates

When I went to reserve 2 rooms online I asked for conjoining rooms. I called 2 days before we arrived and requested conjoining rooms and the front desk man who answered the phone said he would make sure we would have 2 rooms with a conjoining door. When we arrived we did not get conjoining rooms, I was told they didn’t have any left. I wasn’t too happy about that. Otherwise the rooms were fine.

I'd like to thank the front desk person, Christina. She was very kind and thoughtful. She goes above and beyond for others. The world needs more people like her. My stay was comfortable and safe thanks to her.

This place is in rough condition and the staff (except for the lovely cleaning person) just doesn't seem to care at all.
