Days Inn by Wyndham Pontoon Beach

The Hotel wasn’t clean,the smell in the building was awful,the carpet in up stairs hallway needs replacing along with updating by painting,it needs a complete overhaul!

The gentleman at check in was extremely helpful and polite. There was an issue with the internet when I arrived due to the recent storm surge in the area. We worked as a team to get me checked in and he gave me some information about the restaurants in the neighborhood. He is an exemplary example of going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I sincerely appreciate his dedication and cordiality.

Check in and out when smoothly room was OK but breakfast was a joke, juice, coffee, cereal, and white bread.

They actually had a pool that was in service!

Yes it does offer breakfast cereal and toast thats it. They have creamer and sugar for coffee but its the powder kind. Bold coffee still is see through. It is a smokers room but the blankets has holes in them, there is no bed bugs, shower wall above the shower is crackong horribly, there is cracks in the tiolet seat which all appear dirty, and a few of the lights dont work. Yes there is a pool that isnt heated, and there wasa jucazzi but blocked and closed off.

It was a crazy day they had a tornado go through the city just before we got there. They put us in a room with the tv already on when we got there , a none smoking room had cigarette butts on the floor and stunk of cigarettes. He pool left a lot to be desired as it was not very well kept, and the spa was completely out of commission. Breakfast was a complete waste of time , just hot oatmeal, toast fruit loops and Raisin Bran and coffee nothing else . I really wouldn’t recommend it to anyone I know.

Close to destination . Dislike: toilet didn't flush half of the time. Bed uncomfortable.

Hotel dated Breakfast ok

No “ free breakfast” door locks broken. Rooms & halls stink, floors are dirty, stains on beds & shower curtain. Pool was caution taped shut

I had a very easy check in. Very nice professional gentleman at the front desk! Furniture needs updated pretty badly.

There was holes in the walls the door had to be slammed in order for it to be locked the blankets smelled bad the pool water was green looking and smelled horrible it was just horrible

Accommodations were above and beyond and very quick, shall I say, with getting some toiletries we had forgotten. Made things alot easier, thank you to all the staff at Days Inn.

I planned spring vacation for my family on March 9 to March 11 2025. 2 rooms and extended the 2 rooms for March 11 to 12 at Days Inn Pontoon Beach Illinois. When I first booked in with my family I noticed over 30 illegal immigrants drinking beer in the pool area and dozens of beer bottles on the floor. I ask the attendant about it and he said it’s not a problem. So I checked on in, not knowing what I was going to encounter. It was late so the next day I didn’t want to stay there anymore because there where cigarette burn holes in the linens, stains on walls, brown rust water, people fighting and I was afraid to stay because I had my children. So the next day I canceled the rest of my stay which my canceled was March 10, 11, 12 but they refused to refund me and I payed a 100 deposit and they refused to reimburse me my deposit. I have a 2 year old and I refused to stay at a hotel where illegal immigrants are drinking all times of the night, people fighting and doing drugs. Days Inn Pontoon Beach Illinois is the worst hotel I’ve ever booked. I had to book another 2 hotels in which I had to spend 400 dollars. Days Inn Pontoon Beach Granite Illinois. This hotel needs to be investigated because they have illegal immigrants living out the rooms and it is a health department violation. It is unfair how they not reimburse you for rooms you didn’t stay in. This hotel has so many health department violation and needs to be investigated.

There was no cable when I checked into my hotel. One of the only amenities that's offered here.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The people were very nice, the room was good. There was a breakfast and they had raisins which made me happy. I’d stay here again.
