Good time. Clean place and friendly staff. The fresh cookie are a bonus.

You have to check in via an app that I can’t access with a confirmation number I don’t have. Just foolishness. A whole lot of technology to make things harder.

Room was ok it was clean at least. Rest of hotel not so much. Large roaches in hallways. Very dusty especially by the bar area. Pool was dirty and no chairs at the pool at all. Double tree has great properties but it seems this one has been forgotten! Front desk African American lady does overnights she’s terrible. Attitude to go with it as well!

Pleasant stay

This place is not clean, when I check in room, toilet is not flushed completely, very dirty poor. Kitchen closed one day during my stay. Food is expensive. Will not come back.

Can’t check in. System issues. Manager Grant Becket, (512)343-0888, allowed to cancel with a full refund as he wrote ơn his business card. I cancelled it and try to book another place. So bad!!!! Wasted my three hours of waiting. Need Expedia refund my money.

My shower didn’t work and the property appeared to be in disrepair. House keeping was knocking on my door at 8:15 am trying to clean the room for some reason.

The lady at the front desk was excellent on checkin and check out. Two things let the stay down. The place smelled of weed in the elevator, in the entrance and even in our room. Second $4 for a bottle of water in our room!

It was nice but only lukewarm water for showers.

When I attempted to look out my window it was to the inside of the property which if curtains left open anyone could be watching inside the room.

Our overall stay at the property was sufficient.

If there was an option for no stars that’s how I would have rated it. No hot water, renovation trash and mess everywhere. The AGM was so rude and disrespectful. He made a rude comment about my hearing impairment. We didn’t stay, had to get a different hotel.

Nice and affordable spot and close to downtown

The hotel is being renovated so as can be expected there was dust due to construction. The hotel is indeed in need of renovation as it is quite outdated. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Given the circumstances, I would rate it an overall good. The snack bar is very overpriced. A small bottle of wine was $27! A small bottle of ice ta was $8.50!

Will not be booking with you guys anymore I booked a room some how not on my part got booked for the next day . Guys showed up and we had to purchase a room( which we already paid for. So instead of just moving the day I had pay for another room and didn’t get my money back so there’s that

This place is under renovation and it is a complete mess. A folding table in the torn up lobby is sporadically manned as the front desk. 2 times I went down to inform them of the lack of hot water in my shower and I couldn't find anyone. There were exposed wires in places, and the view from my room looked like a bunch of frat boys or a degenerate 80s rock band had trashed the place. I tried to cope by hanging out at the bar, only to find that most common liquors weren't available as, according to the bartender, "Someone keeps taking my stuff. " A broken vent in my room would rattle loudly every time the air came on in my room. I turned up the thermostat the first 2 nights so I could sleep without the annoying noise. Unfortunately, the 3rd night it was pretty hot, so I needed the air running. I couldn't sleep with the rattling noise going off every few minutes. I finally gave up trying to sleep and decided to leave early. I went to the "front desk" at 3:30 am to check out and tell them a few things. The man at the desk was busy watching a show and didn't even look up. He mumbled for me to drop the key in the box. I could forgive a lot of things, but there is the further nickle and diming of $15/day for parking, and $20 for breakfast, and the $50 deposit for "incidentals " (which I'd better get back) Seems like they could make a few concessions during the renovation.

They are remodeling it’s bad

Everything was great, location was great safe and quiet. Only thing is that it is going through upgrades but other than that good.

The hotel was under renovation. This was not indicated anywhere on the website. Our room smelled like mildew. It was in rough shape
