Easy walk to and from the airport. If you have a super early flight, this is a good choice.

Lobby is large, open and welcoming. Elevator is easy access and has viewable window.

I have stayed at this location on and off for 30 years. Way before doubletree. The location is excellent, right beside the mall. I guess my only complaint is the price of the room. It was higher than other motels in the area. I went ahead and chose it because of my familiarity with the property.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was very nice, and the bed was perfect for a good night's sleep.

The staff is a solid 5-star team—friendly, helpful, smiling, and courteous—from the front desk to the bar/restaurant to the cleaning crew. However, the facility itself is pretty dated and in need of attention. I would stay here again, but the prices are very high for a hotel in this condition.

My rate changed after i checked in. the person working at the desk said he could do nothing about it. incompetent desk personel

Clean rooms and comfortable bed.

Lights and outlets in my room were out. Floor had not been cleaned!

Only issue i has was the pools heating element went out

The property was OK, but the walls were so paper thin we could hear every word of the people on either side of us. It was not a restful place to stay.

The pool was closed “for maintenance” for most of my visit. No one was actively working in the pool area during that time. When it did open, it was very cold and the solarium windows were open. Breakfast was overpriced and the room was too. The staff were friendly but I would not stay here again.

Hotel is amazing and I would stay there again.

At check in staff was nice. But after a long drive I finally arrived at the hotel around 1:30 am, got in my room, unpacked and got situated . My son was sleepy so he went straight to bed . I finally was able to get me a well deserved shower, but when I got in the shower it was no hot water! Very disappointed! At that point I decided that the best course of action was to make it quick and get it over with. I did not want to call the front desk and hear the suggestion of changing rooms after I was already settled . Nevertheless Disappointing.

It took me 20 minutes to get hot water in shower. Room was small but manageable. I was informed all doors were locked around the property for safety measures but the side door to the outside parking was unlocked around the clock just outside our room definitely did not make me feel safe now days. For that price no complimentary breakfast. Restaurant closed after spending all the day traveling we wanted food but there was plenty around the vicinity. Just for that price doubletree probably wouldn’t be my first choice and you have to pay for all the amenities. We came in town for a funeral and was looking for a place so 10 of our family members could get together for the afternoon and enjoy each other and again we could rent a spot.
