I will never stay here again. We stayed 3 days. On top of paying 175 a night we had to pay for parking. The second day we were there the machine was broken when we went to leave. When we came back and found another machine to pay they double charged us due to being over 24 hours. At check in we asked for extra bedding because we had our kids with us. Who were on our reservation. We had to call after a hour later to ask again. When the lady came she brought us more sheets we again had to ask for blankets and pillows. I understand the mall is dying and you are in your slow season but if you charge as much as you do for very little service maybe you shouldn't charge for parking or I don't know maybe update your rooms. I will never stay here again and will never recommend if I could give you a zero star rating I would.

Room was nice, staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. My only complaints are the room was very noisy from the trains passing by …and they start very early on the morning and go late. They do not run all night. So if you are an early riser and stay up late, room 1472 will be fine for you. Huge and with a balcony view to boot. Otherwise stay away from that edge of the hotel.
The parking garage doesn’t seem to be very safe. I came out to my vehicle and found a couple looking it over. They hustled away as I came up and then got out by tailgating me past the arm that is meant to prevent that. I didn’t see the security guards that I saw the last time I stayed there.
