I would never stay there room smell so bad was super dirty. There was tooth paste there was throw up , chips on the floor.

We reserve two room for two days. The room condition is very bad, outdated broken lamps. The bed is not comfortable rusty bathtub Air conditioning doesn’t work very noisy in house fridge whistle all night. I don’t recommend it.

Stay was good. Only thing the parking elevator did not work

This property is poorly kept. Rooms were dirty . paid for parking and there wasn’t any parking. Advertisement says breakfast included but it was additional $24.99 per person overall not worth it for price point

I enjoyed the comfort and ascetic of the room. We unfortunately had a neighbor with a loud dog who was barking often, but after a chat with the staff, things settled and we were able to enjoy our time. The pool was the most unique feature in the hotel, as it was warm where the hot spa was not. Thought it was odd, but not unpleasant.

I did not like the torn up carpet and or the rusted tubs I also wasn’t a fan of the parking garage Everything just needs a remodel and a deep cleaning

I had dirty towel in the back of the door they charged my card for god knows what I need to now call my bank and figure things out .

Run down, need to fix broken things in the room

Room was clean, staff was nice and helpful, there just needs to be some updates. Paint on vanity and shelves in bathroom was chipping really bad.

Sink was too small rust on the floor. AC did not work.

There’s was roaches in our first room they had to move us the following day. Elevator for parking lot not working and w head a double stroller. The experience is okay

Easy check in, attentive staff, friendly, nice pool and hot tub.

Everything is superb except for the turns in the garage. It’s really a tight space.

Facility outdated. Entrance and parking facilities way below average.

Neither Expedia or Double tree could help me with my booking never booking again

The pictures looked so nice but once I got to my room it was not what I was expecting. The bathroom sink was re-caulk but it looked like it was done by a kid. It was not a smooth and clean job. There was caulking all over the sink which is totally unacceptable in my opinion. The body soap dispenser was broken for two days even though my room was cleaned, it never got changed. I was being left body soap bars to use instead. I had to complain and then I got it replaced. I should not have done that. Once the hotel services see something is broken, they should automatically replace it. The hair dryer was disgustingly dirty. Oily fingerprints and hard food residue all over. I had to complain and got a new one. The bathroom vanity tubing was replaced but the tubes that were used were bigger than the original so they had to cut a whole on the wooden shelf to make it fit. It looks really ghetto. My son lost his key card while swimming, so I told the front desk and they made me a new key and told me the old card was cancelled. I wondered how she had done that because we had 2 new cards but I chose to trust her since she does this for living. Well the key turns up and it worked. So the front desk clerk just didn’t care about it and lied to my face so she didn’t have to deal with it. Very disappointing. Cleaning staff and other working staff were so polite and nice. We love the welcome chocolate cookies as well. The pool and the fire were all nice but the pool does close too early.
