The room felt unsafe like anyone could just break in.

Good

very clean and quite

No top on toilet tank.Tub stop up 30 minutes for water to drain. Water dripping from the tub faucet. And the room floors were damp . And noise from upstairs all night. That was just money wasted.

I did get a smoking room but there was a huge crack in the mirror and the tv remote only had 3 working buttons. Also the microwave was dirty and didn’t even have a rotating plate inside

Wonderful and pleasant customer service experience,staff was genuinely interested in making sure all my needs were met.Clean and quiet environment.

We had to call the front desk to fresh beding and towels. The house keeper did not take out the trash or clean the bathroom.

Roaches

Half the room was updated and looked okay the other half wasnt and that was odd looking. Lots of bugs. LOTS. Guest slamming doors from 11-3AM Guest talking outside on sale phones from 10-4AM Who does that?

Loud people. It is the ghetto. So people around partying

There was blood splatter in the bathroom on the walls. And there were roaches everywhere. There is also hair all over the wall in the shower

I reserved a non smoking room but smoke smell was everywhere. Towels were dirty. I think the hotel rating isn’t real!

We booked a handicap accessible room but we were told when we got there that the accessible room was already occupied. We were given a regular room and my wife was able to move about in her wheelchair however the bathtub was very small. The front desk person said that we could check into the accessible room the following day but we wouldn’t have been there at the time she would need us to switch so we declined. We had to use a bucket as a seat to transition into the tub. Found an empty incense box in the bathroom drawer. The room smelled like mildew. The smoke detector was detached from the ceiling. I walked it over to the front office to let them know and they said it was fine like that. Went to the front office to ask for a few more towels due to housekeeping not tending to our room while we were away. The front office person said housekeeping wasn’t available on Sunday and pointed to a small printed sign stating such. On our first night a man pounded on our door at 1am. He stayed there for a few minutes until I opened the door with my wife standing to the side, out of sight with our weapon ready. I asked him what he wanted and he walked away. The morning we checked out a woman was trying to run over her boyfriend in the parking lot and they proceeded to fist fight while walking into their room. There was a lot of unsupervised children walking around with adults partying at all hours. We certainly got what we paid for.

It was a pretty decent motel for the price, every hard to find the entrance I had to make uturns twice, would definitely stay there again, and they had good tv channels with hbo
