Pool was dirty and so was hot tub not hot and jets not really working to feel a massage on the body. Floor was super dirty … to not slip I put a pool towel on the floor of the bathroom… and next day when checking out after they counted the towels they brought out to us for the pool area… they said, one was really dirty and we almost got charged for that pool towel… even though it was put on the floor so we wouldn’t slip being that we are disabled.. and didnt know the floor was that dirty… After I brought it to their attention that the towel was already old used and some what stained. Plus, we did dirty it up on purpose. The front desk lady… said, she wouldn’t charge us this time. I never have gone through something like this… and I have stayed in many much better hotels and have never, never had any problems like this! Also, they don’t have a breakfast, like they say they do!! Only offered coffee THAT’S IT!! Gave us faults expectations. Front desk lady was rude to us… for all these reasons we will never stay there again!! Also, lots of noise by others people gathering near by in others rooms and into the parking lot… at very late hours of the night. The TV remote was not lowering the volume on the TV the night clerk had to come out to our room to fix it … it was super loud.. remotes need replacing seems that they are having trouble with Most of them the clerk advised us. Very annoying… not a good experience!! Very low budget hotel!!! NEVER…NEVER will return there!! Horrible!

Standard no-frills motel with a few restaurant options close. We stayed for three nights and unfortunately, even after requesting housekeeping service in person after the first day, our room was never serviced.

There was nothing unique about the property. It looks like an extended stay establishment for working class people. The pool was filthy. The complementary practice was a joke. Cereal or toast that was the options. And when we try to check in the owner of the property wanted to charge us more saying our cards have been denied And we were on hold with Expedia in excess of 10 minutes. Finally the owner said he would let us go to the room.

Photos make it look good. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I ended up in a smoking room, 10 feet out the door was tweakers living in a van no joke, at night they all come and party on that road and sleep plus a Mexican bar right behind that parties LOUD. 3 am I had to yell at them. They have a fence around property to keep them out and they stayed out but Garbage everywhere inside the fence I had to keep my dogs from trying to eat, the water from faucet was POURING back into wall in bathroom, has to be full of mold. Toilet was also leaking. We got there at 6:30 PM and couldn’t go in our room till 7 because they were still cleaning it after a 15 hour drive day. Front staff was fine. Room was clean.

Before arriving they called me and tried to get me to cancel my reservation. I was quite upset but my reservation stood. Not even 10 minutes later he called back to change my room from a non smoking to a smoking room. I did not agree. Then he wanted to know who else is with me , I replied no one else. Why do you want a double Queen room. I replied its what you had available. He again wanted to change my room . I informed him I do not nor have ever smoked and wanted my non smoking room. I arrive and my room reservation was changed. I left a day earlier do to the headache I was receiving . Although really clean some one smoked in it. Also no working tv or microwave. I was hardley in the room since I was attending the Grape & Vines Show.

Overall hotel is in very poor condition. Bathroom are terrible bath tub was very dirty exhaust fan was hang out of the fittings and making so much noise bathroom door hook was lien. On my request to change my room and it’s worst than the 1st one. Swimming pool not seems like cleaned in past 6 months. I originally booked for 4 nights and unfortunately I got earlier and ask for early check out and front desk told me there is extra $20.00 fee and earliest he can check me morning 6 am and I was there around 10:00 pm and I pay for extra night. Terrable experience and never recommended to anyone.

When I first arrived, check-in was easy enough, the room appeared to be clean. However I started noticing little indifferences, i set up the in room ironing board as tonset a small crock pot on it. As i set it up, it completely collapsed as it had a broken leg on it. The exterior wall of the bathroom, next to a bed was black with dirt and grime. The refrigerator was missing shelves and the bars that hold items in the door. There was a $60 deposit, I wiped the entire room down by hand, with my own personal towels and cleaners before check-out. I did use 1 of the provided hand towels for a bit of wipe down as well. They darn near didn't give my deposit back, until i called the corporate office in front of them. Their wifi password is "giveus5stars", I was honestly thunking about giving them 5 stars, until not the deposit incident that happened. But the last evening i stayed here, there were 4 of us just hanging out in the provided grill area around 9:30-10:00, and a stagf member walked by telling everyone to go to our rooms. And singling 1 guy out whom was a guest, but told him he needed to leave the property. HIS WIFE HAD THEM A ROON BOOKED!!!!

Rooms were clean. But lots of people making noise late into the night. Homeless people around the property. Don’t leave items in vehicles. Somewhat rough area with lots of stores with alcohol, so many drunk people in the area. But the facility is ok. Not any breakfast like stated.
