We stayed on the 4th floor. We had our heat set to 70 degrees. We noticed it was getting very warm in our room. We then turned to cool and set temp to 68. When we woke up the temp in the room was 77! Very uncomfortable sleeping conditions.

At check in, I asked the receptionist if I could have a high floor. She told us that all of the high floor rooms available were on the “train side” of the property, and that the train comes through every morning and is loud and shakes the building. That didn’t sound like a good idea, so we opted for a second floor room on the “non train side” of the property. If I didn’t know any better, I’d think she did this as a sick joke. First, the TV in the room timed out, and shut off while I was watching the game. When we got it back on, the remote would work sporadically. Couldn’t change channels and had to get up to just manually turn off the tv. Our “view” was basically a brick wall that was about 5 feet away from our window. The A/C unit in the room did not give us an option to run the fan (heat only), and it was so stuffy that we both woke up at 5am because it was uncomfortable. We had already planned to check out at 7am, so asking to switch to another room would’ve been more hassle than it was worth. I’ll NEVER stay here again. If the only options are a loud train or a stuffy room with no view of the outside world, I’d rather sleep in my car.

Overnight with my teen daughter for a sports tournament. Checkin was fast, receptionist was friendly, informative, and knowledgeable about places to eat and elevators, breakfast, etc. plenty of parking right across street. Key needed to enter after 10pm and also needed to access elevator so I felt safe. The lobby was inviting and modern. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Minimalist and neat. The bathroom had all the necessary convenience items. Breakfast was on time, a good variety including an omelet station and granola parfait station. No waffles or pancakes was my only complaint. No water or ice for water bottle filling but the kitchen staff was happy to help us get what we needed. I didn’t see an ice machine on my floor but I could have missed it. I would definitely stay here again.

Will definitely stay again. Daily omelette bar was an added bonus we did not expect.

Went down to the front desk to ask four sheets for the bed and never received them the cook and the kitchen was very rude speak

I seriously do not understand the 10/10 reviews for this place. Hotel is OK. The view was of an airshaft - extremely ugly. Room was not clean - to the point where I had to ask for bleach wipes at the front desk to take scum off bathroom and kitchen surfaces. Staff were quite nice (however unconcerned). Workout room was terrific and the pour-your-own-beer concept next door is fun. Totally mixed review from me.

We attended an event at Vibrant Arena and chose to stay rather than drive home that evening - This hotel was very easy to find, walking distance to the arena. Being an old warehouse the aesthetics were amazing.

Wonderful place tonstay especially for any activities at the Mark or Vibrant arena. Spacious, clean, wonderful breakfast. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Nicely remodeled old building, rooms were very nice and quiet. many restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Pros: All the employees were friendly! Location so close to Vibrant Arena! Homemade omelets in the morning were great! Con: lighting at the mirror in the bathroom was not great.

A block away from The Mark. Easy parking across the street. Use the email to check in early and they’ll txt you when your room is ready! Saves you time. Room was clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend!

Gorgeous historic building renovated as a modern hotel. Loved how they preserved original architectural elements & integrated modern amenities. Pleased with gluten free breakfast options.

Very nice hotel! Check in host was warm and friendly. Only negative is plumbing from adjacent rooms was loud - gurgling water and faucets on and off could be clearly heard.

Never informed about Parking Fee . I was told to place my CC on file for incidentals and I would get the full refund back of $100. Instead of informing me of the parking fee my CC was charged 5 dollars which I would have paid fee with cash instead of placing fee on my CC.
