Love it

Pros: motion lights in the bathroom, nice bed, blackout curtain, elevators, plenty of utensils and cookware. Cons: windows don’t open (which means you’re stuck with the smell of what you just cooked, including under the covers), dry throat from constant AC (even when turned off the fan keeps blowing) motion lights turn off in the bathroom if you take a shower longer than 5 minutes, the room I stayed in kept making a glugging sound from the sink due to poor drainage elsewhere, the light inside the shower was about 3 weeks away from fully separating from the ceiling and falling in the shower, the mini fridge had ding marks on it because it wasn’t leveled so if you didn’t catch it in time it would slam in to the cabinet next to it, again the windows don’t open so when cleaning came I had to sit and smell the chemicals evaporate, some weird dude follows housecleaning around to check their work so I didn’t leave a tip because I presumed he would get it, the trash can in front of the hotel entry was overflowing for two days (I kindly mentioned it to the front desk both times), every single night I was treated to a symphony of loud exhaust bearing vehicles barreling down the road in front of the hotel (a side street no less), the common areas looked nice but I avoided them because they were always full of techbros (one who had a nasty cough and would not cover his dang mouth) Probably great for one night but there are much better options in the area for extended stays. Really perfect in every way except for the edges of the bed box that you had to be careful not to bruise your self while getting in and out of bed. It's a neat look but impractical. Went to Home Depot to get pipe insulation to put over the edge and that seemed to work.

I revommend that hotel. Quite and clean! Breakfast is great!

The property is nice, clean and well maintained. The location is convenient especially if you want to be around in Beaverton/Hillsboro area. However we encountered challenges with breakfast (limited selection, pancakes over an hour before breakfast close), EV chargers not working and TV remotes being difficult to operate. Although overall stay was still comfortable, this made our experience less than ideal.

I made a mistake in the date when I booked the hotel in a hurry, on our way driving to California. The front desk was kind enough to accommodate, free of charge. It turned out that the hotel was an excellent choice in every aspect, in addition to the staff at the front desk. This led to our decision to stay there again on our return trip from California.

Complimenetary charging for e-vehicle was na plus.

There are so many options in this area but this hotel stood out for being extremely clean, well-maintained and so many nice extras, including many breakfast options. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fine except for the bed. It was like sleeping on a marshmallow!!! I can't imagine why those mattresses were chosen. I would not stay again for that reason.

This hotel was AMAZING!!! Everyone we encountered was professional, helpful and so kind. Our room was very clean and the breakfast was FABULOUS. My husband's favorite parts were the gym, pool and soft water. 😍

Great customer service, attentive staff, super clean, modern, thoughtful details throughout the hotel, convenient location, comfortable beds, mini kitchen that even had a rice cooker, good breakfast selection especially the made to order specials, well-maintained amenities, available family friendly activities/games to play, pet friendly. Couldn’t ask more from a hotel! Will be my go to when in the area again.

One of the nicest places we’ve stayed. Absolutely loved it highly recommend. We will stay there every time we come to Portland.

Amazingly, beautiful hotel with awesome customer service

The Element is beautifully maintained and welcoming. Staff were friendly and helpful, space was open and tidy. Our room (studio, two queen beds) was a nice, open and inviting space.
