Ms. Sietta really help me. I got to my hotel to early and she tired to get me in my room ASAP but I had to wait like almost an hours. I understand the situation. She did get me a room when it was ready and her customer service was on points. I would come back again to stay longer.

Ron at the front desk was so helpful, professional and sweet. Tyrone & Bre made my one night in town so fun as they were my servers at the bar. Hotel is nice and clean, 5 stars I’ll be back.

The room we occupied was clean,quiet,and spacious. The one thing that I felt needed attention was theamount of phone charger outlets. There could have been more where a plug wasnt needed.

Hotel was okay, expected more for the cost of stay. Room was not clean thoroughly and you could tell immediately after walking in. I had to go downstairs to ask for my room to be re cleaned. Booked the two queen bed with city view for $250 tax nightly. I would not stay here again.

There is vallet parking on site but there is a parking lot a little walk down the street that costs a lot less for a day’s worth of parking vs. 45/ a day at the hotel.

Phenomenal accommodations. From the valet parking (mandatory at location) , comfortable beds, terrace options, free made to order (delicious) breakfast options and so much more! I can't wait to book again! This hotel was clean, fresh and sanitized and i felt super safe there. The area is walkable and also safe even in the wee hours of the morning. After hours (once the on site restaurant closes) B-dubs is literally across the street.
Every member of staff from valet to front desk check-in, house keeping, wait staff, and chef's were very personable and professional. The public patios were also pristine. By far one of my favorite hotel stays ever. It was a phenomenal (well needed) quick getaway. It's also just a few minutes drive to the major area venues. I haven't a single complaint. Kudos to the staff.

There is nothing negative about this place. From the very beginning with valet, the staff was super friendly and accommodating . The lady at the front desk during check in was upbeat, friendly and again super accommodating. My kids loved the snacks that were given to them and of course we loved the tickets for their little happy hour that allows for two free drinks.
We had a 7th floor room that had beautiful views of the city. The pool was warm and had a lovely skylight and city views.
The breakfast was amazing and lots to choose from.
Embassy Suites is one of our favorite places to stay and this one is by far our favorie

The convenience of this property was great! I also loved the happy hour, bar, breakfast and dining area near the lobby! The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices.
While the food service from the bar was slow (apparently someone called out), the staff were great. Both bartenders were very good.
Keisha was also very pleasant and helpful. She helped explained perks of the hotel and the membership.
