Everything was wonderful. The only thing we weren't crazy about was having to pay $24 a day just to park

Check in was great. Hotel and room is very clean and spacious.

There was no lock on bathroom door so we reported and they sent a guy next day to fix it when we were out. After we came back lock was fixed but Nintendo switch got stolen from my son’s backpack. According to manager their housekeeping staff never steal things and the guy fixed the door is older but my son is 100% sure it was in his backpack in hotel room, he carried the switch everywhere for years since we bought never forgotten it. The chef at omelette station has a bad attitude and I only went to eat 1 out of 4 days because of it. The guy at the happy hour wouldn’t give a drink coz we were late by 10 mins. And that was the only time we went to happy hour out of 4 days, they all seem to not care for customer satisfaction at all including management. We thought parking was free but had to pay for it

No pool I pay the price for all the amenities of this hotel this one unavailable. Seems like the attention to this details are not there any more.

I really enjoyed the property The room was very nice The only issue was the outlet attached to the desk was not working.

My stay was short and sweet

The pool closed at 5pm. No place to sit outside. No free coffee.

Family was looking forward to the nice pool, but closed because of leaks. Normally closes at 5 o’clock every day. The three elevators were not functioning properly (one was closed and others intermittent). Rooms are okay. Breakfast and happy hour are highlights.

We always stay at this hotel, love the breakfast and complimentary happy hour. The rooms need a little TLC. The bathroom toilet paper holder was popping out and the mattress needs to be replaced because it’s way too lumpy. Otherwise it’s still an affordable option not far from the strip.

Nice and very attentive

Despite Expedia not officially booking my trip and being on the phone for 20m when I needed to check in the hotel staff was very helpful and understanding of this error on Expedia's end.

Good service, easy to check in and out, the suite was good size and big enough for my 5 person family, the breakfast is awesome, hotel staff very nice. Thank you Embassy Suites!!!!

Everything was in walking distance Which was very helpful.

Love the property. Kid friendly great staff. Enjoyed complimentary happy hour. Pool clean. Will definitely stay again.
