The hotel is nice, good food and the rooms are comfortable for a family of 5. Unfortunately, we found dirty underwear from a previous guest, is my assumption. I let the front desk know, hope they can improve their cleaning process and pay more attention to detail.

Had a nice 3-day stay with my son for a concert at the Rose Bowl. Location was very convenient to the freeway, but neighborhood was not as nice as downtown Glendale. Service was very attentive. Breakfast buffet was one of the best free breakfasts that I’ve ever had. Condition of the property was not the best: problem with bathroom sink, batteries in safe were dead, furniture dated, general wear and tear, one elevator not working causing some lengthy delays. A reasonable value for the money.

The room was great and also the service. My family and I also enjoyed the breakfast that was awsome!!!! The only down side was the amenities in the room, towels were so rough, pillows not the best, the shower handle was broken.

Everything was great except for the sofa sleeper. The mattress was thin and wrapped in plastic so it was noisy. The location of the sleeper was also awkward. There was not a lot of space to maneuver around it.
The parking situation is exceptional though! The best I’ve experienced at a hotel.

The room was lovely and accommodated our family well. My only complaint would be that the tub stopper didn’t work very well but it was a minor issue that didn’t really bother us. Everyone there was friendly and the service was excellent.

Stayed here 1 night to be close to family we were visiting in the area. The room was very clean & was very nice. It felt very spacious. We didn't try the breakfast because we were meeting people for lunch. The parking is underground in a garage under the hotel. Everything about the stay was very pleasant.

Nice hotel and lobby. Our room had previously been smoked in, although very faint still noticeable. There was also a wet spot on the carpet that I had to dry off and change my socks.
Overall good with some minor improvement needed.
