With my sister, daughter and friend all together, we felt safe at the hotel and in the area. Great room with plenty of space and wonderful windows. We've been to the Encore and actually like this property better. However, the pool was closed and the other pool was always packed. I feel we shouldn't have had to pay the entire resort cost and would appreciate a refund on part of it. All the staff was helpful!

I took my girlfriend for the first time to Las Vegas. I have been there many times, yes, I have stayed at the Wynn a few times. But I have to say this time was a nightmare horrible service smoke fills the room, as soon as you go on the casino floor no one is friendly. We even checked out early two days even though I paid for the days, I just wanted to get the hell out of that place. Vegas is a horrible place for a vacation unless you’re a drunk!!! Also they have thieves working cleaning your room. I left my brand new razor in a box and checked out to a different room when I realize my razor was gone. I went back. They told me no one has checked in yet and I had to check with lost and found. I called lost and found time and time again, but nobody would help. I even contacted a manager, she told me to go back to the room. Nobody has checked in. I went back to the room and the maid let me in, but somebody has already checked in. They do not know how to operate the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing please avoid this hotel, encore and Wynn .. also the buffet is not what it used to be. After you pay your taxes and tip is $100 per person not worth it. We got up and left.

I had the best sleep ever at Wynn Encore. The beds/linens were so awesome that I went online to find out how to purchase them for my own home. I loved the size of the room with a work space, chill space and wonderfully sized bathroom. I cannot say enough about the dining options and will be returning to visit those that I missed. The buffet was incredible and offered an incredibly diverse menu. Delilah's, Urth Cafe and the Lobby Bar were absolute faves. Can't wait to go back!
