Super nice property. Loved the shuttle and boat transportation. The staff was incredible. The rooms are fantastic.

Absolutely outstanding stay. The room was impressively clean and felt brand new — from the modern bathroom fixtures to the pristine furniture and spotless surfaces. The windows were large, with great natural light and a beautiful view, which really added to the sense of calm and space.
One of the most remarkable things was how quiet it was — both day and night. I was able to rest deeply without any disturbances, which is rare and greatly appreciated. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and well-maintained.
The overall atmosphere of the Encore is upscale without being overwhelming. Staff were courteous and professional. I especially appreciated the quiet, well-appointed room — it was a perfect environment to rest and regroup after travel.
There was one small spot on the carpet, but it only stood out because everything else was in such flawless condition. It didn’t take away from the experience at all.
Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, peace, and quality. I would absolutely stay here again.

I love this hotel. I've stayed twice, and plan to in the future. The staff are excellent, the rooms are big and very comfortable. They have free EV charging in the garage (parking is also free), and if you eat in the hotel, the food is excellent. The water taxi is pretty cool too.

The hotel is lovely, in a great location and so convenient to our event in Boston. The one snag was the very long line to check in which resulted in having to reschedule our dinner reservation. Everything else about our stay was perfect.

Apart from the front desk and housekeeping staff none of the team members greeting you when you past including management. I did not receive the resort credit upon check in also. Parking in wonderful and the resort itself is beautiful. Signage from the parking to reception could be a little better as the property if entered from garage for the first time could be a challenge to find reception as it is a littel tucked away as you attention is grabbed by the large ferris wheel and beautifcul decor in the main lobby.

The property was beautiful and very clean.. room was amazing and spacious. The only negative things were the sheets were not cooling at all and the air conditioning did not go down low enough for comfort at night. Also, the restaurants were way to expensive. Its like paying double for your room if you eat there..
