You get about what you'd expect for the price. We were missing a shower curtain and towels when we arrived but they brought everything to us in minutes after we let them know. Relatively clean. The smell was musty, cigarettes, and pot.

The front desk ppl where awesome

I was icked out by the end of my week long stay as I had seen a few roaches and found black mold under the kitchenette sink.

This hotel has horrible accommodations. Firstly, if you check in after a certain time, there is no one at the front desk to assist you. You can’t get anyone on the phone if they do they don’t know what’s going on and I was double booked meaning I had a reservation, but somebody else was on my entire reservation so I couldn’t get a room I had to purchase an entire entirely different room

The hotel was prebooked when I reached and they turned me down. The worst experience of my life ever.

Hotel rooms are very dirty. Nothin in the room but the bed and TV. Literally!!! You have to ask for anything that you may think you need in the room. The location was the only good thing about this hotel!

When i got to the property the GM allowed me to get checked in early even though they were busy. I appreciated that! I was in a great mood. I've stayed at another location and stayed awhile no problems. This location the GM wanted me to know others were not doing their job and she couldn't speak for them. Yet she did! I had one price online and then in person, it was almost a $300 additional charges. The GM Cortina has a PROFESSIONAL NASTY attitude and she doesn't take the time to listen before she defends her brand. I am highly unsatisfied it has only been 1week today. Unfortunately this location is the most convenient location. It's almost like Ms.Cortina the GM has power struggles with people. I've watched her with her employees as well. Professionally rude😳

This is not a hotel. It is more like an apartment building or emergency housing.

Garbage was found in my room when i checked in. No iron nor iron board was in room

Not very satisfied with this one at all was not told about $100 deposit and then had to make two transactions one for $100 deposit and then the other one for the room rate for one night why? Overall the building inside look dated, old, dirty. The hallways were dark and dingy looking the room itself looked the same no amenities chip paint dirty shower was very dated dirty hair all over the shower like it hadn't been cleaned or not cleaned well. The TV set on a stand that was lower than the bed so you couldn't really watch TV from bed. And to top of all of that off the hotel room had roaches so it's enough for me for staying there ever again.
