the entire building smelled of cigarette smoke. I feel so bad for management. As I was entering through a side door, a woman was sitting on the step right outside the door - WITH THE DOOR PROPPED OPEN - smoking a cigarette.
Maybe management should post a sign that smoking is not allowed within 20 feet of entrance?

The room was pretty decent and the staff was friendly. The room was clean, but we were there 4 nights and our room was never checked on so no fresh towels, the trash didn’t get changed, no sheet changes. The hot water was also non existent, we attempted multiple times through our trip and said something to the front desk and the gentleman was very kind and said he would try to reset it but the shower was practically cold. It was a good location for a good price, comfortable bed, quiet and convenient. Overall would stay here again but definitely needs improvement.

Breakfast was a bag of instant oatmeal. Shower was not hot enough with slight water pressure. Nothing in “fully stocked” kitchen…no utensils, no dishes, no coffee pot, no coffee, empty cabinets. Bathroom sink faucet was laughable . Do you review places before you endorse? Language barrier made it impossible to communicate.

The hotel was very accommodating to my service dog. I was a little disappointed at the fact that they advertise having breakfast and when we got up on our first day, which is what we intended to eat the whole time we were there it was just oatmeal and hot water Not very much of a breakfast selection so I don’t know why they advertise that. Also, the bed was so uncomfortable. It was so hard to sleep.

El lugar es para pasar una noche y luego seguir a tu destino, la habitación estaba limpia pero tenia un fuerte olor a humedad, el baño esta muy limpio y con toalla. El edificio esta en remodelacion. El desayuno no es como las fotos que muestra la aplicación es un desayuno de pan y café frente a la recepción.

The AC if you put it on 60°, and then it would freeze, so all night long I had to wake up and turn it on and turn it off because I was either sweating or freezing, the fan was broken, the showerhead was broken and water went everywhere when you tried to take a shower, the spout or the water comes out on the bottom was broken, and the water pressure was so awful. I could barely get the shampoo out of my hair.

Great location. Staff tries to do their job but not the most accommodating. It smells a bit in there and the carpet is really old, you can see and smell it. No room service, which means you have to bring your dirty towels yourself to get new ones.

Fallah is one of thee best Hotel managers I have ever met!! He definitely goes above and beyond to meet your needs. Always willing to lend a helping hand no matter the situation. Definitely would recommend staying at this hotel location as long as he is manager here!! Salvacion and Malika have also helped out tremendously as well.
