The staff is great.

This place was horrrrible. My room wasn’t clean, didn’t have wash rags , they advertise breakfast included which is why I originally booked that and the full kitchen, their breakfast is literally an assortment of muffins , & the kitchen is pointless unless you’re traveling with your own dishes. My shower was being held together by a plastic bag 0/10 do not recommend.

One of the worst hotels I ever stayed in! All they wanted was a credit card to extend my stay!! Charging me more than the locals who smoked cigarettes!! I managed to extend my stay! They advertise a kitchen! Really!! A 2 burner stove and half ass microwave!!

This is well located facility close to everything you would ever need with fair exteriors but a very different experience when you go inside. My take is that the cleaning staffs are overwhelmed and not well motivated because the state of the rot inside is disturbing. From bugs in the room to puke on the pillows to missing chairs and wrong rooms being given that is different from what you pay for. The list is just endless and I believe that the management can and should do better. I have pictures and videos but the aim of my review is provoke correction and not ruin the business. Some of us just want to have a fair value for our stay and be on our way. Get rid of the strong stinky smell, motivate your staffs, update the amenities and show empathy. This is a hospitality business. On the bright side, the internet is stable and ok. The tv size is good enough and that’s that. I hope it helps them to make a proper use of this fantastic location and the existing structure on ground.

The property is dated. I think this property is use for long stays or as an apt. Dog across the hall barked all night. Staff was very nice and courteous.

The hotel was horrible in general. The musty smell walking to the room,

Bed was like a piece of plywood and the pillows were paper thin.

I would not call it breakfast. They only served coffee and no creamer. They only had hostess muffins and oatmeal. The rooms smelled and half the outlets didn’t work. I had to run an extension cord for the tv from across the room.

Check in took forever and the staff person checking us in wouldn't share with us what the problem was. There was only 1 functioning elevator and that one was slow, noisy, and a little scary. Another guest told us the staff were replacing all the beds and just entered their room without knocking. We cancelled our reservations through Expedia and left because it was so filthy. The hallways were littered with debris. The room was disgusting with cigarette butts under the bed ( I counted at least 3 and this was a nonsmoking room), dead spiders on the rug, stains on the rug. Finally, there was the smell of a heavily scented room freshner that was doing a poor job of covering up a bad odor in the room we were given. I've never experienced anything like it. We're so grateful Expedia facilitated a cancelation of our reservation with the hotel. We had reserved the same hotel on our return trip but cancelled that right away!

Sink was clogged. Sheets were dirty. Floor was dirty. Toilet seat was up and not clean. Over all it was gross! If we hadn’t been on the road all day and if it wasn’t so late we would have left. Microwave had not been cleared. Smoke detector was removed and sitting on counter. It was so old I am not sure it would have worked anyway. Unsafe and gross!!!!

Would not stay @ this location again. Whether booked for 1 night or a week cleanliness should always be the standard/ priority. But unfortunately this wasn't the case.

The whole place is dirty, unkept, smells bad, and some staff were rude. If we could give zero stars, we would. Gouges in walls, urine droplet stains on ceiling of shower, leaky toilet. Hallways not vacuumed or shampooed. They ran out of clean towels, had skimpy "breakfast",of nutragrain bars, instant oatmeal in a packet. Flooring curling up in bathroom, and gouged. Needs total renovation

Alicia at the front desk was awesome! She was very busy and she remained friendly and professional. My room was clean and inviting. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay here again if I’m traveling in the area.

This is an odd review. The staff were fantastic. Checkin was smooth and friendly. Unfortunatly, the bed may have had "bedbugs." I am not an exterminator or an entomologist but that would be my guess. We left the room in the middle of the night. When I called about my issue the next day, the staff was fantastic again. They did not give me a hard time and issued a refund. Maybe this was a rare occurance for this hotel but the room was average, the bed was NOT clean, and the staff were excellent. Good luck if you decide to give it a try.

When I arrived I was told no rooms were available.

We booked a room through Expedia and when we arrived, we were given a key that opened a room that was already in use. Then we were told they didn’t have any other rooms and we couldn’t stay there. Then the hotel couldn’t give us a refund and told us it’s out of their hands and we need to go through Expedia.
