My stay was not a good experience, the check in lady was very unprofessional and and rude. I also wasn't given the correct room that i reserved. The manager also did not try to make things right about my room. I was told that there was nothing they could do to make things right. I will not be coming back to stay at this motel again in the future.

The toilet ran all night (we tried to fix it, but we couldn't). The carpet was very wet from having been recently been cleaned, furniture that we assume had been removed for the carpet cleaning had not been replaced (coffee table) no hair dryer and none available from rude person at the front desk. Extended Stay America is our go-to whenever we need a place to stay whether locally or when traveling, but we'll never stay at the Phoenix location again.

The carpet in my room, 214, was stained from end to end. The tub was rusted, there was severe rusting inside the microwave, and the room smelled like dogs. Feeling uncomfortable to walk on the carpet barefooted is a sure sign that a room is unsanitary. Don't be fooled by the "free breakfast." I was offered a nutragrain bar and chocolate muffin from the front counter.

Worst customer service, I booked for 2 queen beds, but I got a kings bed instead, there was an iron box, but no ironing board, I asked the staff, they said they don’t have any extra one, bathroom sink was clogged, don’t be fooled by the free breakfast, there was only coffee and a granola bar, never stay there and don’t recommend

As soon as we walked in, it felt a bit sketchy. But we tried to give it a chance as we were checking in very late at night and it might have just been our exhaustion causing that vibe. The staff was nice, helpful, and quick with our check-in. They were the only positive thing I can say. Once we got in our room we didn't even want to put our bags on the bed, much less ourselves! The sheets were stained, the toilet was dirty, and the entire room smelled strongly of urine, just to name a few of the many things wrong. We were in the room long enough for a bathroom break and then ran to the desk to check out. The night was nonrefundable so we took the almost $100 loss just to get out of there! At check out, again, the staff was nice and helpful.

Staff very rude. Did reservation and was only given one key because I did not state we had 2 rooms. Attendant did not bother to check we had prepaid and was wanting to charge again. Once you walked in the hotel it smelled like weed. Even up to the 3rd floor. The breakfast included just coffee nothing else was displayed. I asked the attendant and rudely she stated it is right behind you that is it. In the room the counters and table had crumbs. The floor was not swept correctly. The fridge and micowave was not cleaned. There was no blow dryer has stated on the website. There were people arguing at all hours of the night into the early morning hours. Overall the worst stay we have had ever.

Overall, hotel has run down. Dogs barking in hotel. Cigarette smell coming from rooms as you walk down the hall. Mattress was horrible and miserable to sleep on. "Free Breakfast" was just coffee and packaged muffins. Only doors that worked to enter building was front door (so if you parked on side next to a door you still had to walk around to front). Shower handle took forever to figure out how to get water warm. Room not overly clean. Staff was indifferent to complaints/concerns.

Pullout couch was broken. Couldn't be used as a couch or bed. Giant hole in the bathroom door. Bedroom tv hooked up to nothing, so it can't be used. Sink in the kitchen had almost no water pressure. No door but the main entrance is allowed to be used. Awful experience.

when booked 1 queen bed plus 1 sofa bed, usually people expect to convert sofa to bed. I asked staff to provide pillows/blankets to convert sofa to bed. if there are no additional pillows/blankets to use safa as bed, why to call that as sofa bed when booking in the website? or they should have mentioned that bring your own pillow/blankets to use sofabed. Not happy with that.
