Breakfast was supposed to be included. A coffee cart is not breakfast. Nutrigrain bars and a chocolate muffin, light coffee and hot water. Disappointing!

Area was located conveniently aroynd eateries and shopping, nuce quiet and clean hotel.

Sooooo smelly. Mold all over the sink and shower. I don’t know why this place gets good reviews.

Should provide breakfast for customers!

Room smelled funny going in, thought it was maybe just the room spray. Fridge on the outside was filthy. Spiders and webs in the corner of the room by the door. Noticed upon departure that there was a roach by the door, so therefore the room spray was not room spray but bug spray. Good thing our luggage was not on the floor or we may have gone home with unwanted guests. Moldy looking crap around the shower.I will not stay at this brand hotel again.

Property was not what I expected at all. The lobby area was non-existent. Breakfast was basically muffins and granola bars. They included one tiny shampoo bottle in the bathroom when there were 3 of us. Closet didn’t even have a door but a curtain. Very disappointed.

Didn’t stay too long but very nice and friendly staff even when it was check out time. I’ll definitely visit again!

It was sufficient for what we needed, however fir the prove id expect to have real half abs half for coffee and maybe some basic continental breakfast.

Pretty rundown and limited hotel. The bed was uncomfortable and they couldn't give us the extra pillows we asked for. Our window would not close all the way (and they could not repair it). Breakfast is just cereal bars and bad prepackaged muffins. Not worth it for the money.

Great place to stay no matter how long your staying, our room had a full kitchen and all amenities which made our stay amazing

It's a perfectly servicable hotel. Not great, not sketchy, just average. The room was basic and okay from a comfort perspective. The AC worked, which is great. Plenty of parking. Just an okay hotel.

It was satisfactory and met our needs. The hostess at the desk was super helpful.

Clean room. Remote batteries were dead. Had to call the desk and the phone coard was broken. Halls smelled like pot and kitty litter this morning.

The hotel room seemed run down. Paint chipping, furniture scratched & damaged. Very dark. The room had curtains but no blinds or sheers for privacy

I liked the location of this hotel. However I was unfamiliar with the housekeeping. Staff will not go into the rooms to clean them, It is up to the guest to ask and exchange towels or request.additional items. This property is pet friendly, which is good for those traveling and want to bring their pets They were few amenities. And there was a very basic self-service breakfast bar in the mornings. .I did have an issue with the door lock on the room assigned when I checked in. A staff member stated that that room had an issue with the door lock. I did go to the front desk about thus and was able to change my room which was good. One thing out of the hotel's contorl was a guest's car alarm went off at 12:30 am and it took several minutes for it to stop.

Convent proximity, beds are hard and not comfortable at all. Pillows small requested additional pillows and was told they didn’t have any.
