We walked in and the place had a weird smell. Got to the room opened the door and the room smelt so badly of must and mold. The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty and there was a visitor in the bathroom ( roach ) . I still haven't received my deposit back yet either. They said it would take 3 to 5 business days and it's been more than that. Extremely unprofessional!

Well where do I start - if there were negative stars this hotel would have received 5 of them. Checked in, went to the room only to find a room with no security latch/lock. Asked to be moved to a more secure room - was moved to another room. This room had a small "flea infestation" problem. I told the person on staff who said they would move me to another room. The entire time I had to keep going up and down stairs to the lobby due the key not being read properly by the lock (electronic swipe key system). The entire time I was there was a complete and total debacle. It smelled of body odor and mold and mildew, the staff was unfriendly and the hotel was literally falling apart. As far as the staff goes - when I was leaving for dinner a lady (patron) was asking a female staff member about some garbage in the parking lot. The staff member engaged in a screaming profanity contest calling this customer a f#$$%ing b%tc#. IT WAS HORRIBLE. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

The hotel was not ready for check in. 30 minutes after earliest check in time, the rooms weren't cleaned yet. They asked for 30 minutes, so we left to eat came back an hour later and they still weren't ready. There wasn't much with the room but for a economy stay we weren't asking for much. We did notice that the smoke detector was missing. The TV had no remote. The back door to the building was not locked. Even for an economy hotel this place was lacking.

Everything about this facility was terrible except the price. The room was not very clean including the bathroom. The TV was very hard to figure out and I had to have help from the front desk twice. The carpets were dirty and everything needed a coat of paint.

No coffee on property (or coffee maker); bugs present (killed three gnats during one night stay); woken at 2am by arguing outside our ground floor window; TV changer did not operate TV, had to call for service to receive instructions on direct TV box use to change channels etc. Vending machine charged $2.45 for a bottle of water. No hair dryer in room; Worst were the airplanes directly above us( approximately 200 ft above the hotel) throughout the night. Everything was peeled or peeling including wallpaper, doors, and furniture (in room and hallways). I do not recommend this terrible property even with the $96.70/ nt rate we received.

My stay at this hotel was horrible, they were unprofessional, the lady at the front desk, her name was Robin ,she was really rude and started using profanity towards me which then i did back to defend myself. The place was not in good condition like shown in the photos we took, we also had a nasty odor in our hallway of the hotel. I feel that I need a refund because i was charged twice and when i asked about it i started to get yelled at. Also me n my child n her dad did not stay long at the hotel.

Room was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom, like they just threw new toiletry products in the corner and left the rest. Dust everywhere, AC was dirty. Most lamps/TV was unplugged, room very dated and falling apart. I did not read the reviews before booking, should have! We did not encounter bugs, thankfully. But to be safe cleaned everything we had in the room when we got home.

Booked this very reasonably-priced hotel for a quick overnight getaway across the border. The property is in rough shape. Front desk staff was pleasant and as helpful as they could be despite being on the receiving end of a lot of complaints. The room was in poor condition with the standout defect being a bathroom door that did not close. A broken luggage stand in the closet was a surprise too. See attached photos for a few examples of issues in the room. Managed a decent nights sleep despite the issues.

The one staff member at the property was kind and good. The property itself was terrible. As soon as you are at the main entrance the smell of damp and very humid atmosphere is very noticeable. I was wondering if the place had flooded recently, and mold was growing somewhere. The room sheets might have been clean but had some stains. You get what you pay for pretty much. I did not stay at the property but did go see what the room looked like.
