Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Butler

The stay was as expected. Everything went well. The updated breakfast area was very well done, clean and breakfast was very good

Heat was off when we arrived, room was freezing, had to turn it on. Understand saving on the electric but room Should at least be kept at 60. Also, didn’t have hot water. Front desk couldn’t resolve so offered to adjust our bill. Didn’t do so, billed for full amount. Had to call Marriott customer service and open a case. Very disappointed, wouldn’t stay again.

Convenient for us. Cheap. Decent NOT great quality. But certainly more affordable then other comparable places.

The room was excellent, lots of room to move around. One minor detail was that there were not very many drawers for clothes. We stayed 3 nights and if were were staying for a week, then storage for extra clothes would have been a problem.

Great property! The room was very clean and modern.

This newly renovated hotel was exceptional. The only downfall was that their ice maces were not operative

I had no trouble with check-in or -out; no problem with the A/C or lighting; no complaint about the bedding. I DID have trouble getting my card key to work, but the desk clerk found out the problem & corrected it quickly.

No hot water day of check out. Front desk said they were aware

Under construction, but all still fine and in service. Understaffed unfortunately in the lobby in the morning, but they worked very hard to keep everything going.

Well worth the money

Limited visual marquis to locate the property. Landscaping and driveway approach looked like an abandoned construction site (mob hit site feel) . Renovation underway so breakfast served in a tiny conference room . That said management used this as a way out of providing fresh waffles and running out of cream cheese amongst other short comings. The poor desk clerk was also the hospitality host which to me was unfair as she did a very good job being able to manage breakfast for the entire guest list at the hotel in addition to taking calls and keeping a positive attitude. Somehow I didn’t get the atmosphere I would expect from the price . I’d say the value should be half of the ask.

It was an ok hotel they were remodeling which is understandable that everything was not really great .

I understand there was construction on the first floor but every other aspect of this hotel from the ONE staff member that quit when we arrived at 2PM was really bad. It was just bad. Honestly when we scheduled on the site there would have been mention of the conditions.

Nice place

Building under renovation which is good but no parking rolloff dumpsters everywhere taking up alot of parking. There were screws and nails all over the parking lot.only 2 towels in our room for 2 people for 3 days stay.

Staff very friendly. WiFi not working during stay and cellular service minimal access. Very inconvenient and not as advertised. Mini fridge not working, replacement worked for a couple hours then stopped. Some lights not working. Obviously electrical issues. Housekeeping questionable, appeared half way completed upon arrival. Certainly not worth the money paid for stay.

Very friendly staff. Quiet, clean, nice modern room. They are doing some renovations so outside is a little disorganized but only the construction area.
