Very clean, staff are very humble, convenient location. Easy parking.

The area was average but the hotel itself is not very good. The rooms are outdated, the floors are taped down and the breakfast was not good. The eggs are freezer burned and the options are few. The fruit was super soggy as if they reused the same fruit for days. We just left and purchased breakfast outside the hotel. We wanted to warm some milk for the kids but there was no microwave in our room either. We’ve been to quite a few hotels in different states and this one was by far the worst by Marriot. That rating really needs to be updated.

I arrived, the manager was not friendly and told me that I had to pay a large deposit to stay at the hotel since reservation was paid through a third-party vendor. I explain to her that I have never paid that amount there it was always under a certain limit. Plus, a guest arrived at the same time I did, and they did not offer them the same policy as they did me. Very disappointed. As a manager I expected professionalism and friendly customer service. She did not amplify those characteristics and set a bad example on behalf of the hotel. So unethical, passage aggressive and unprofessional. She told me that they were going to cancel my reservation, and she did. I have not received anything refund from anyone at this time. However, I had to reserve another hotel using the third-party vendor and stayed at the Courtyard Marriot in Edison. Me and my grandchildren felt safe at the Courtyard, and we did not have to worry about hostile environment. I rate them a ZERO.

We enjoyed our stay from Friday to Monday. It’s was a great experience from us all. Thank you so much Fairfield for having us all and we hope to do this again with you guys.

The property was nice and quite but the thing is there was tea sachet in the room but for hot water there was no kettle amazing thing is when i always checked in any hotel they give us water for free but here we buy the bottle from wending machine.

I greatly enjoyed my stay. Perfect for travel around the New Jersey/New York area.

The heating unit in my room was extremely loud when it kicked on. Loud enough to keep waking me up during my two night stay. Had a much nicer stay last year. Will be rethinking other options if I make the trip next year.

It's very clean and nice. They have a little inside market where you can buy snacks, ice cream, and drinks.

Clean, comfortable room. Kind and helpful staff. Reasonable value for the area.
