Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Mobile

The staff was so amazing. The manager was the absolute best and the kitchen staff was extremely helpful. The morning breakfast was on point. I truly enjoyed my stay. I will be back soon.

Great staff. Room clean. Shower amenities were great! Well lit parking. Safety lock on the front door makes me think safety is an issue in the neighborhood, but I did not encounter any issues. I only saw two homeless guys about a mile up the road and that was it. Overall, would stay here again and planning to stay here for my next trip to Mobile!

Daisy at thw feont deak was very nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Pillows comfortable. Breakfast was good. The place needed to be updated badly. Intersate traffic was very loud in our room. It was ok for the night. Probably not stay there again.

Front desk was very courteous and helpful. Our room was on the I-65 side and very noisy at night. Choose the other side. The room was clean, however it needed a little repair in the bathroom. The breakfast had a lot to be desired.

Fairfield Inn is always great stay. Clean, comfy rooms.

Love the property and people. They have the best coffee of any hotel I've stayed in. The only issue for me is why charge people an incidental fee for every night they stay?? I stayed 5 nights and that extra $200 fee added to card.

The hotel is in the process of upgrading its hotel. The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful.

I booked a room with two queen beds through Hotels.com and received the confirmation. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was surprised to find that they gave me a room with one bed and a sofa bed with a mattress full of springs that stuck out and pressed into my back. I had to get up and ask for some pillows or covers to cushion the springs and be able to sleep. The receptionist made no effort to resolve the issue with the room I had reserved; she simply did not help. I do not recommend this hotel, and the previous reviews I read are overrated. The only thing I can somewhat salvage is the breakfast, but for me, never again. Should I file a complaint with Hotels.com despite the late check-in time (around 10 PM) after hours of driving?

This was a short overnight visit, conveniently close to the airport so I could quickly catch an early morning flight. Once I arrived at this location I was greeted with a group of contruction works with a Kansas tag on their work truck, blasting vulgar music, mind you this is after 11 pm , huge red flag. A huge note greeted me on the front door stating the property is NOT responsible for auto break in's on there property. Check in was a breeze and the front staff was very friendly and acknowledged me promptly the only acceptable part of my one night stay. I arrived to my room and cleaned it to my likings and while applying my personal bedding coverings, I bruised and scratched my leg on the unattached bed rail. This location is in a prime location to eateries, shopping and conveniently close hwy access for travelers; however it is in despite need of updates and repairs. The bathroom lighting is very dim. The carpet is in need of a deep cleaning, room furniture should be replaced when the items are broken and in the stages of rusting. The elevator infrastructure was falling apart .
