Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, indoor pool was small but clean and in good condition. Will stay here again. Best part was the well stocked breakfast buffet and very nice attendant.

My time at Fairfield was wonderful. The manager Chad was very helpful and attentive. Very familiar with clients that come there and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Can’t wait to come back. I came for a stay-vacation and enjoyed myself. I like the variety options for breakfast and the other amenities like the pool (that was always empty) and fitness center was great too!

The staff was very accommodating changing our room when the air conditioner was loud. The refrigerator in our room didnt work. The floors in the lobby and elavators were dirty. But all in all we enjoyed our stay here and would return.

Having no coffee in lobby in morning before breakfast starts at 7am is eidiculous. Buy 2 more machines so early birds can have coffee.

Of all the Marriott hotels I have stayed in, this one was the most disappointing. The room was very clean but also very dark. The lighting was quite insufficient, even with all the available lights turned on. Our room was not even cleaned during our stay - no fresh towels were provided. The blow dryer didn't work and upon taking it to the front desk I was told there were no others available (one was left in my room later but I didn’t have one to use when needed). The best thing about this stay was Gemma who sets up the breakfast (by herself) and does a great job!

It was a last minute stay, as we had to switch hotels since we decided against staying where our reservation was originally booked. While the hotel is dated, it’s decently clean, and the room we had was nicely sized and clean. The staff was okay, but the lady who I believe was part of the breakfast crew, was super kind and friendly.
It’s not a bad place to stay and the price point was good - as was its distance to the convention center.
