Love to stay at the Fairfield Inn in Santa Maria. Nice breakfast, friendly people and a nice atmosphere.

We only stayed one night, but the room was very nice. There was some road noise from the freeway, but overall it was very quiet. It looks like they are doing some remodeling in the lobby, but the rooms look fresh and up to date.

Did not like 2 things 1) Orbitz information list 2Queen room as 450 sq ft. Room we stayed was 300 including bathroom etc. We needed a large room, reserved this hotel for that purpose but info was incorrect. Please fix it for the next guest 2) Ongoing construction in lobby was disturbing at times

The listing on orbitz says parking included under popular amenities and free self park on site. But I was charged for parking at the property. The receptionist didn’t mention they will charge me for parking at all. This is terrible.

Receptionist was cordial even though we checked in late and gave us a crib. Breakfast was delicious. They were putting in a new carpet in the hall so that was abit of a setback because you could hear footsteps but they had it done the next day.
