Excellent Stay Right Across from the Fort Worth Convention Center!
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel - perfect location, just steps from the convention center! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, especially Yash Patel at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make check-in smooth and ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was surprisingly decent with a good variety. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone attending an event at the convention center! Will definitely stay again.

We were there for five days at which time the hotel had been without hot water for 10 days. This is totally unacceptable. I complain to Orbitz and I complain to Marriott with no satisfaction. My only choice was to try to find a different hotel in downtown Fort Worth. At which time there was a conference going on at the convention center.

We had no hot water the whole time we were there. The breakfast buffet was inadequate & there was almost nothing there our 2nd day. The waffle maker was removed the 2nd day. We had a broken refrigerator & we had to find a YouTube video to show the guy how to fix it. It took over an hour.
The good part is it’s extremely close to the convention center. Normally, this hotel would be well under $100/night but it was $200/night because of the event at the convention center that weekend.

For the price, it was fine-we are locals and we just needed a place closer to the wedding venue to change in and out of. There was no hot water but they gave us free points for a future trip. The internet & TV was slow and laggy. But the room was decent, the bed was clean and comfortable.

For the price i expected more. The staff was amazing, but the pillows are so tiny they dont even lay across the bed. Blanket was so thin. Ac wouldnt keep cold. The shower hardly had hot water. Will not stay again.
Again, staff was its only saving grace.
